I initially chose this salon for French dip nails and was serviced by a nail tech named Lucas, who was quite personable. Unfortunately, the outcome of my $105 service was unsatisfactory due to uneven lines, necessitating a return visit for correction. Upon addressing the issue with the owner (Van, Thanh), I encountered a surprising degree of unprofessionalism. I anticipated a constructive conversation but was met with resistance and dismissiveness. The owner not only refused to acknowledge the mistake but also cited an irrelevant past incident to deflect from the current problem. His (Van Thanh) demeanor was unaccommodating, and he even suggested that I seek services elsewhere in the future, as he claimed his salon was incapable of delivering the "perfection" I sought. Moreover, he insisted that I should pay again to have the flawed French lines corrected. The interaction reached a tipping point when, in the midst of our conversation, the owner answered a phone call and proceeded to engage with the caller without excusing himself or addressing my concerns. This lack of basic courtesy was the final straw for me, and I chose to leave the salon. It's disheartening to experience such indifference to customer satisfaction, especially after having paid for a premium service. I usually do not review places but I fell like I have to this one. I'm not gonna lie I was skeptical to try a new nail salon. I've always doing my nails with Brazilians bc the quality and since I used to be nail tech myself in the past I am kinda picky lol long story short, I've been trying to find a place to get my nails done forever. After many fail tries to schedule with the Brazilian ones due my busy schedule I've decided to search online. Found Chase nails that was literally 13 min from home. I went there today (Sunday) as walk-in with no hopes. Since I arrived the staff was so nice and the place was clean and organized. I didn't even wait a minute and I had the blessing to get service from Jessica. I showed her a pic with the style and shape I wanted and she did the job perfectly in one hour. I was surprised and amazed! So I totally recommend Chase nails and for sure will be my nail salon from now on. Daniel does my Nails . I think I hit the jackpot with him!! i have had my nails and toe nails cut since i was 13.. shh almost 43 years .. I just pick a color and let him design. Every design that he creates for me.. every time I walk in and see his personal creations ( sometimes I tell him an idea.. sometime, I just pick a color) I am always impressed and beyond in Love!! I went to this place because I heard they had excellent service. I traveled from South Carolina to take my mom to get her feet done before her upcoming surgery. When we arrived, my mom asked for a regular pedicure, but they said they only do "gel," which was new to us, but we agreed. The latest technician didn't remove my mom's cuticles or adequately address the roughness on the bottom of her feet. The lines for the French tips were also uneven. They charged me $51.00 for this subpar service. It's not just about the money; I would pay more for good service. The technician couldn't communicate well, and overall, the service was terrible. Chase Nails! Where do I begin. They salon is very clean and sanitized. I came in and got a full set with designs and a gel polish change on my toes. The staffing is amazing from the receptionist to all the nail techs. Van does an amazing job. I asked van for 4 colors on my nails whether it was just part of the design or just the acrylic. He delivered!! When I say delivered Van did an amazing job on my nails. My toes are to die for! There not in this review because we were finishing them while I was typing! Come in and get serviced. I'm the girl who never leaves reviews, but is always looking for them lol so this is hugeee. I found Chase Nails on Instagram and decided to try them out. Let me tell you, the customer service is excellent! They're affordable. They're friendly and everyone there definitely understands the assignment from what I can see. My nails are sooo cute. I'm definitely referring my friends to this salon, and coming back! Shout out to Tim for taking care of my full set. This was my second time visiting this establishment and I will say that I'm more than satisfied! My pedicure is like no other I'm so ready for beach sandals ! Thanks to Lucas! Even my nails looks amazing before Tim could actually polish my nails! The acrylic looked so natural! This establishment is very professional, kid/adult friendly, sanitized and so many options with gels, polish, the massage chairs felt like heaven! I used to visit the new owner at his previous location in miami, his customer service and skills have always been unmatched. What i like most is that everyone in the salon work is up to the same ethic. If the nail tech that i prefer is not available im always comfortable with allowing someone else to fill in because i think that every tech is highly skilled. Not only do my nails always look amazing but the customer service from the entire staff is the reason why i drive 1 hour to visit the salon everytime i come. Highly recommend 10/10 read more

I just moved back in town from texas and my old nail tech doesn't do nails anymore so i looked at some of the people she followed on Instagram and found chase nails. Van was amazing my nails are picture perfect , super accommodating and enjoyable to talk with. I've been getting my nails done for years now and I'm not a complicated customer but i do have my expectations and he exceeded them for sure. I lucked out with finding him in the first salon i tried. I have gone to this place for awhile because it's close to home. It's family owned and the owners can use some customer service training. However there is one nail tech who stands out and her name is Lucy. I get gel colors and after 3+ weeks my nails still look great except i have to get a fill..no chipping or entire nail color coming off. Ask for her. I walked in with no appointment on a Friday night wanting a specific design and pedicure too. And even though they close at seven and I walked in around 615 They were super friendly, did not rush me at all and they were busy but worked fast and did an honestly a beautiful job, one of the best I've seen and experienced. I absolutely love coming here! The staff are well trained and equipped to do both my hands and feet. I specifically go to Van for my full sets, as he and I love to do cute and trendy designs that match my aesthetic. My pedicures are always so relaxing and well done. I overall never have a complaint. Friend said she went to Chase nail to get her nails done. I walked in and wanted to walk out but needed my nails done bad. Big mistake. The old lady cut 5 of my 10 cuticles and never bothered to offer antiseptic. I'm not even mentioning how filthy it was...I had to ask for the antiseptic. Good thing I keep antibiotic solution at home because it was red and painful. Never making that mistake again. read more

I just had a mani/pedi here by Lucy and she was great. She has only been in our country for 1 year, but can understand & speak English well. She paid particular attention to what I asked her to do, & she did an excellent job. All new soaker massage pedi chairs have just been put in. So comfy & I had a free massage with it.
