After 3 weeks i noticed i still havent received a tracking number from them as the status of the item stayed at "we are preparing your item to ship. I finally email back and the owner reply "I sent a message to the shipping dept." That's all you say? Didnt want to look into it? Shift the blame if there was a shipping department. I dont think he had the intention of ever sending a replacement hoping i'd go away silently so i just disputed it with my credit card company which gave him 3 weeks to reply. The audacity of this owner to send me an email first before replying to my credit card company saying he wont be shipping a replacement anymore just blew my mind( i confirmed my suspicison as i called my credit card company told me they got no response from him yet.Complete lack of professionalism and ethics was the first negative experience since getting into fishing, the community is great but i guess this is why we cant have nice things

This vote was casted on their selection of Superfeet insoles. I love hiking and walking, however, I suffer from a severe case of flat feet and arthritis that affects my left foot. Going back to December 6, 2014 when I wrote my review on the Henderson, NV REI; I have been wearing the Superfeet Green E insoles. Without them, I hobble. Due to the fact that there are a few REIs, I needed someplace more convenient to buy them. Nearby in Henderson, I discovered that the Galleria Mall Dick's was a convenient spot to buy sneakers. In December of 2014 and up til recently, they offered an expansive selection of sneakers at reasonable prices. When the Superfeet that I brought in REI wore out, I would find out that they sell Superfeet here. I'd return. In contrast to the Patchogue Dick's Sporting Goods, which used to be a King Kullen supermarket, the Galleria Mall location is a large two-story anchor store. In May 2024, when I visited the Lake Grove location, I saw that the sneaker prices went up big time. The way I see it, the smaller footprint of this location is that it is easy to navigate. Unfortunately they might not have what you are looking for. In my situation the footware section was easy to spot in the back right. Right there was a foot insole section that included a whole side dedicated to Superfeet. They had the Green Size E which my feet depend on. They gave zero problem trying then on to make sure that they fit. The "they" was practically no salesfloor help. The salesfloor Associate that greeted my dad and I conducted what I consider sketchy customer service. He alleged that the Superfeet that I have been buying for a decade (Wow! Ten years flies on Yelp) and have thousands of four star online reviews are these awful insoles that most of the customers return and then recommended that we go to CVS to buy insoles. My Dad and I got the impression that he is about to quit. This leads to two points. Point #1 is that they offer a 90 day warranty on insoles. And point #2 is that when I go to big box stores I have relied more on Internet reviews than the Sales Associates. We passed off his advice and brought the Superfeet. Unlike the sneakers, the prices are about identical to what they were in 2014. They were competitively priced at $54. With my Four Star vote casted, my flat feet and arthritis could lead me back to Dick's. Whether I am in Las Vegas or Long Island, they are a convenient retailer to heel my feet with Superfeet.

Slice after slice, then 240 pin straight... Paul approached me, took me to the simulator to see my swing and try a few clubs. After 20 minutes of offering me swing suggestions and trying different clubs he said, "I'd hate to seek you the wrong club right now just to sell you a club. I'd feel much better if you come back when the pro is in. He'll be able to better figure out what you're doing wrong and find the right club for you." I am beyond grateful for his honesty and integrity, and it goes without saying that I will not buy a club anywhere else! I'm positive that he's more than capable of getting most people into the correct clubs for them, but in my case, I require the pro. Shop here with extreme confidence that they're doing right by you, even at the risk of not making the sale just to make money!

Sayville Running company has got a great thing going. To start, I am not a runner. However after a…read morenumber of family members started coming here( one for running shoes, one for walking shoes) I couldn't resist. Upon entering we were greeted by the most friendly employees. The gentleman watched me walk and identified that I walk on the inside of my feet. Then he measured both of my feet, went to the back and came back with 3 pairs of sneakers. I was able to try on all 3 and identified which once felt the best. Based on the way they felt, they brought me out 3 more and then another 2 and we finally found the ones! They are so comfortable and they aren't bad looking either! This store isn't for someone looking for clearance items but as they say, you get what you pay for. And what I paid for was definitely worth it. A runner, walker, or on your feet all day? This is your place! 100% recommend for the products and the service!
