I had only ordered six tacos, yet I waited over 30 minutes, along with several other dine-in customers who also seemed to be waiting a long time. On top of the wait and lack of communication, the tacos themselves were disappointing--mostly packed with cilantro and barely filled with steak. It was disappointing to see online orders consistently prioritized over guests who took the time to come in and order directly. I've never experienced that kind of service imbalance at a restaurant before.
