The salon is clean, and Tommie was very polite & friendly. But unfortunately within a couple of days I noticed lifting at the edges, and hairs were "catching" while washing my hair. I let the salon know right away and Tommy had me come back in a few days later. I was reassured everything was sealed properly and I was good to go. Two weeks later when I had the dip removed at another salon, severe lifting/separation of my natural nail beds was revealed on all ten nails--one of the worst cases the removing tech said she'd seen from a single dip manicure. My nails will take many months to grow out fully healthy again. I'm mostly sharing this because I'm disappointed and a little heartbroken--and I'd hate for anyone else to go through the same lengthy recovery.

I asked again, did not do it so this is how they turned out (pic inserted). After he finished, he wrote the price on a piece of paper, handed it to me and I walked up to the counter. I looked at the piece of paper and it said $70 without thinking I paid it and walked out. I got into my car and texted my friend who went there three days ago, got the same thing, I asked what she paid... she paid $53... so I decided to give them a call. I asked if she could explain why it cost $70 and she told me to get dip removed and dip back on it's $53+ $12 if I got a design on every finger. That's $65.... So then she went and talked to my nail tech and came back on the phone and said yeah, so the designs can be $12+ and I said well two minutes ago you told me it was $12... she had no words. Needless to say I will NEVER be coming back here. $70 for DIP with NO TIP PUT ON. Is a SCAM and I was taken advantage of. I have 5-10 friends who come here, called them all to let them know what happened, they will also never be coming back. Very upsetting.
