Upon arriving to Chattanooga, it was suggested that I visit, Chattanooga Cigar Club. One my party of 3 arrived to the door one person had to return a purse to the car (which wasn't an issue) since the signage stated "No big handbags!" After walking through gravel and returning, we entered, paid, once I sat down, the security came to mention that my other friend needed to return her handbag. The signage should be clear for ALL patrons and not discretion. The dimensions of the purse did not equate to large or big. I looked across the room and saw a purse (same size) sitting on a counter that someone else had. I was baffled that security saw us, allowed us to enter and pay. The communication with the owner was poor. No eye contact and seem as if he did not want to be bothered and sadly we were told he wasn't there. Tip: Provide clear communication to ALL staff and on signage to clearly specify the dimensions of handbags that are not permitted and be sure that your staff is informed, instead of picking who you want to select, because there's difference in a large tote, small handbag, clutch or wristlet. read more

Went for hip-hop & anime night. Really dope spot! Crowd was low, and the people who were there were spread out or in their own groups. Our server was very helpful and quick. Decided to try out their hookah and for my drinks of choice, I went with a liquid marijuana and Chattanooga whiskey. Highly recommended! Visiting cigar bar head from ATL and had a good chill time. Wait staff was very friendly and attentive. Drinks were affordable. Not a big cigar selection, so I suggest bringing your own. Live music was great then around 11pm the DJ does his thang. read more

Had an amazing waitress! Ordered the wings and okra ordered two flavors cook took it upon themselves to change order because they were out of a flavor. Never was asked before they finished told waitress she tried to help but we were ready to go. Ventilation is not a thing here. Got to room to taste the wings lemon pepper was supposed to be dry they were wet very wet okra was basically put in box with oil not drained. 18% gratuity no matter how much you spend. This place was perfect! The salad was fresh and delicious! Tish is a great bar tender/ host! She made sure we were always filled and doing ok. My honey ordered the lemon pepper smoked wings and said they were delicious!!! They play great music too. I recommend this place for date night, enjoying a cigar or hookah and if you want a night club feel later on in the evening. Parking can be challenging but park behind the church a block away and you will be happy you came! We will definitely be back!!! read more

Very disappointed! I walked in and no one said anything or greeted me. I Sat at one of high top tables for about five minutes and was never attended to. Noticed the bartenders and servers were having a great time in their private conversations, looked at me several times; but no one offered any assistance or took my order. I politely grabbed my coat and cap and went to another establishment. This place is awesome! Wonderful cocktails and cigars. The staff is so accommodating and nice. They have a nice variety of cigars for everyone. My husband and I tried a few of their drinks. The mojito, margarita and moscow mule were all perfect. We tried their nachos too and those were also very good. Such a cool environment and atmosphere. Very disappointed! Walked in with a group of 4 people at 9 pm on a Saturday. There was a $20.00 cover charge at the door. No big deal except for when we were let in there were no places to sit and everything was reserved. Not to mention that my husband and I paid $27.00 for two bourbon and cokes that were 9 oz. We ended up leaving within ten minutes of being there after the security guard told us where we were standing was the VIP section that wasn't even roped off. He told us we could stand by the bar which was full and in the way of other customers trying to buy drinks. Overall, I felt like the flow of this establishment was not where it could have been and I felt ripped off because we paid $20.00 per person and there were no seats available. read more

This is a really nice spot to visit and smoke a stick but is limited on cigars. They need to work on their cigar selection and humidor. Luckily, I travel with my own. The drinks are a little pricey but I will visit again. read more

We are in Chattanooga for one night. We love visiting cigar bars. We found this one on Google and were not disappointed. Ariel and Dishana were incredibly kind. The owners were so personable and appreciative of all who come in. And the wings are to die for. Oh My Gosh! The best smoked wings we have ever had. This is one place u have to visit. Great selection of cigars, great staff, great cocktails, and great atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and helpful! They check in often but in a way that isn't overbearing and instead is helpful, friendly, and welcoming. We had several conversations with staff members who were very friendly and charming. Volume level was perfect and made it possible to talk easily. We didn't try to have conversations with other guests, but it seems like a place that it would be easy to do so. If only we had this place closer to where we lived! read more
