Cute location with nice patio seating, indoor seating, coffee, breakfast, lunch, and pastries. They also have a loft area that is for adults only due to a spiral staircase. I went on a weekday morning for breakfast with my mom and son. We shared the quiche, breakfast sandwich, and waffles. The waffles were by far the best, they had some crunchy sugar (in the batter?) that was delicious. One star off because the fruit that came with the breakfasts was mostly canned fruit (with fresh grapes) and the floors were pretty dirty (from the day before? We were there early)... We will be back for breakfast and to try lunch! read more

I love this place normally for coffee and food is always great, but went in today on a Sunday at about 10:30while in town ice fishing and tried to get breakfast. My choice was a croissant breakfast sandwich and the girl said they were all out. I tried for the biscuit sandwich next and they were all out too. Final choice was quiche and they were out too. Super disappointed that I could get anything I wanted! read more

I purchased things/stopped 3 times while vacationing in the Siren area. The coffee was really good, the nitro cold brew with caramel was super! I had veggie wrap for lunch once- which was really well done. A light dressing with tons of veg. Also veggie side with ranch. This morning I went through the drive through and got a mocha and the last scone. Both were really good. I wish they had coffee art because I love that, but it's all good. Would recommend and will stop by again when passing through town. read more

Here's a cute little coffeeshop in Siren Wisconsin sandwiched between a few other shops. (It's a nice combination of shops to visit.) They have a good selection of coffees, teas, bakery items as well as sandwiches. We had their special of the day and it was good. If you are into loose leaf tea like my wife, the set up should have been much better. The staff did not assist with measuring, we had to ask for something to put it in to steep ( they should have the fillable, disposable tea bags so you can take it to go rather than waiting for it to steep in their plastic cup thing). Also the temperature required for some tea varies for best results. The water available was too hot for the tea she chose. read more

Worth the stop. Ice cream made in Wisconsin. So cute and delicious ice cream. Staff very nice and offered samples. Candy from the past and present, home made popcorn. Recommend the waffle cone! Don't miss the cute kitchen shop next door and the coffee shop just a couple doors down too. read more

Great little find! Food was really good, prices were very reasonable, and the staff was friendly. Had the Seared Ahi Tuna wrap and it was awesome. My wife had the Chicken Pesto and both of us would absolutely get both again. Following suit, the latte and chai were excellent as well. read more

LOVE this place. The best coffee in Northwest Wisconsin! There chicken salad sandwiches are wonderful and their cookies are always a yummy treat. Great customer service that is very personable. Coffee, teas and smoothies are always great here. But if you do not try the sandwiches, soups pastries and other meals you are truly missing out! Today my wife and I had the seared ahi tuna sandwich. The bread was a delicious buttery topped artisan bread, had a broccoli slaw over perfectly seared ahi. The fruit on the side was very fresh and flavorful as well. read more

I just moved to the area from Portland....the land of cute coffee shops. It took me about a month to discover this. I love it! They have great food/drinks/wifi! And they are open longer than the Grantsburg coffee shop. I am definitely going to make this a regular stopping point. read more

Stopped and Siren for coffee and a sandwich at the Chattering Squirrel. A very cute and quaint coffee shop that offers excellent food. I had a bowl of chili that tasted perfectly fresh and the half CAF white mocha coffee tasted as good or better than Starbucks. My wife had a pita sandwich and she said it was one of the best she's ever tasted. Highly recommend this place. It's across the street from Adventures Restaurant, signage not easily seen. But it's in the same building as a couple of other shops. Service was excellent, pleasant, and quick. read more

The staff was friendly and helpful when we approached the counter, but also just left us alone as we worked. When you're trying to get a full day's work in, it's pretty time consuming to have to pack up and go get food at another location. That's not at all an issue with Fresh Start - we were able to arrive at 9 am, begin the morning with coffee and a breakfast sandwich (made fresh and better than anything I've ever gotten at Starbucks) before we broke for lunch and Fresh Start had a selection of sandwiches, wraps, and flatbread pizzas (my husband reports that the chicken Ceaser wrap was great.) The coffee itself was excellent, and the carafes they had ready varied day-to-day. This allowed me to try a few different roasts for a simple 25 cent refill fee- totally reasonable, and allows me to top-up when my brew gets cold. I'm so grateful that Fresh Start has been able to set themselves up and succeed. This is seriously a perfect coffee shop and I'll definitely be back next time we're in town.
