    Western omelette with cheddar

It's a basic diner. I wasn't impressed with anything, but the omelette was a good size. For $8 not terrible. Not anything special. Coffee was expected diner cafe and always refilled. Our waitress was friendly. Probably wouldn't go back unless a friend asked me to though.

Eggs Benedict served with shredded potatoes. $6.25

Decent breakfasts! Everything I have tried here has been good. Service is fast and friendly. The only thing is the hot water for me tea was not hot enough.

The owner Cathy is hands on .

You can't beat the price and portions. Breakfast place with a real local feel. Best bet is to get a cup of coffee at Max Cremas Coffee house in the same strip center. Great spot on weekdays gets very crowded on weekends. Loyal following and owner is on the grill daily.Bring a very hearthy appetite .

Great food. Great price. Unique atmosphere. Only wish is that they were open a little later on weekends.

Cookie Review Only…read more Pre-package cookies - before you go ugh I don't think so, think about how long they've been around, most grocery stores dedicate an entire aisle to cookies in just about any variety you can imagine. There are also plenty of startup companies that have established there place in the markets; Grandma's, Famous Amos, Mrs. Field and the list goes on and on the fore mentioned brands aren't a bad option and I guest could be considered premium cookies when compared to those prepackaged by elves and the most famous chocolate chip cookies who's mascot was a live-action superhero named Mort Meek, the odds that you haven't eaten these are practically zero. It seems all those cookies incorporated the famous chocolate morsel back in the day and most are created through engineered processes that have been totally automated and requires very little human intervention except of course the FQS departments who conducts the shelf life studies to ensure they can sit in the warehouses and grocery store shelves much longer the the cookies you mom created at home. Well let me reassure you all pre-packaged cookies aren't created equal - Sweet Street has seemed to have found a niche and probably stands alone for the most part at least until the next entrepreneur trumps them. I doubt if most consumers know what goes into the majority of the mechanically engineered cookies we have been eating for decades and although labeling has gotten so much better unless your a chemist you probably don't know what the ingredients are - I love the fact that Sweet Street has explained things - real butter dough - cage free eggs - non GMO's - no artificial additives it seems pretty simple to me and believe me the quality shows, they are big enough to share and are filled with big chunks of sustainable chocolate. Honestly l would buy these again but I highly recommend a quart of your favorite ice cold milk be it dairy or plant based...

They lit the fire and turned on the music for us, which was a nice touch. Overall the ambience was very nice and they took care of us. It's rare I order seafood from a landlocked state but the menu was small enough that you either could get steak, seafood, or a wrap. I went with the special of the day which was a flounder with rice pilaf. The flounder was good but the salmon was much better, would only recommend the salmon. The rice pilaf was good as well as the broccolini. The mashed potatoes were fantastic and the roasted vegetables were what you'd expect. Also had the ice cream cheesecake which was odd and wouldn't get again. Bill came out to about 120 for 2 glasses of wine, 2 seafood entrees, and a dessert. Overall, had a great dinner.

Here are some of the reasons for our disappointment: 1. Hospitality is significantly lacking! There is little to no warmth of personality in the workers. No smiles no guidance for taking orders of someone who professes it's their first time visiting. No one followed up to see if we wanted to or needed anything else after our food was received. They didn't even bother asking if everything was okay. Customer service has no personality nor a dedication to excellence. 2. To order/pay/ attain a menu, you must navigate and stand in line on steps which will be difficult for customers who may have disabilities or mobility difficulties. 3. High chairs are stored in the bathroom along with the toilet and other items for storage. This is quite disgusting as when toilets are flushed, particles are sprayed into the air and then will come to rest on the high chairs where patrons put their children to eats. Gross. 4. I specifically asked during the placement of my order if the sausage was spicy/peppery and was told "no", so I ordered it, only to have both myself and the other person in our party agree that it was spicy/had a kick. No syrup was provided either. 5. The toast was so hard it was like a rock and I never was provided with the jam that is clearly indicated on our receipt, and I was charged an additional fee for- nor did anyone come over to check on us or offer to bring it. Again poor service! 6. The floors and displays were dusty and boasted cobwebs. Observing staff clearing plates from tables I noticed that tables and chairs were not wiped/sanitized between customers. There are additional concerns we had about our first visit here, but I'm sure you get the idea. It is extremely rare that I leave poor reviews, but this one stood out and can't be overlooked. Just highly disappointed and I would never recommend this place, except for maybe a coffee to go, but nothing more. Save your time and money and visit elsewhere to avoid wasting it and leaving in a state of disappointment.

From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. We started with several appetizers, including the calamari, which was absolutely amazing and one of the highlights of the meal. The service was top-notch. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and genuinely delightful throughout our visit. She checked on us regularly and somehow always seemed to appear with another beer before I even realized I needed one! It's rare to find service that feels so natural and attentive without being intrusive. Both of our entrées were delicious, and everything we ordered was prepared perfectly. What really stood out was the attention to detail. As we were leaving, our waitress stopped us to share information about the restaurant's weekly specials. She recognized it was our first visit and made sure we felt welcomed and informed. The combination of exceptional service, great food, and a relaxed atmosphere made for a phenomenal dining experience. While it's a little pricier than your average restaurant, the quality and service make it well worth the cost. Highly recommended--we'll definitely be back!

We walked in to a fairly empty bar and dining room area. Our server greeted us quickly when we sat down. The place was very well maintained inside. We wanted a simple lunch. My salad was well present and delicious. In fact on our drive home I said several times what a good salad it was. My wife's sandwich was enormous! It looked like it had 3/4 of a pound of turkey on it. It came with homemade chips. One thing that was unfortunate was that one side the bread was very hard and that was the first piece she tried. She then tried from the other side of the sandwich and it was perfect. She barely finished half and only a few chips. Unfortunately we had a long trip home and couldn't bring the rest with us.
