I used this company for years, and I am very annoyed of the last service I received. I didn't even end up receiving the service because they just ghosted me. I was emailing multiple times because plans changed, and so I had to change my order. But I wasn't getting a response for over a week, so I finally called them. I was being really apologetic because I felt bad about changing the order so many times. But the reason they weren't being responsive was because now I wasn't going to meet the minimum order. I didn't know they had a minimum, first of all, and they could have told me when I was emailing them so many times! Also as a long time customer, they could've done this out of a courtesy just one time. Also if they had told me about the minimum right away, I would have paid the minimum amount, even though it was going to be more than $100 over what I was ordering. And I had to call them, which was annoying, and my party was less than a week away. These days, that would be almost impossible to find replacements. I'm just really disappointed in companies that just disregard you when they think you're a small customer. As a business owner, I first of all understand how hard it is to run a business. Second of all, I would never disregard small customers, no matter how small the order. It's just disheartening when I've ONLY used them for any rentals I had just out of loyalty. read more

Believe the bad reviews!!! I used Tiffany's a couple times in the past and had no problems, but this last experience was a nightmare. I was emailing Tiffany's for weeks, had phone calls, and paid a deposit to confirm our booking, and on the day of my best friend's baby shower (for her first child) Lupe told me that she did not even know the baby shower was happening. We were planning this baby shower for months and on the day of the event I was left without tables, chairs, and many other party supplies. Lupe had all of the excuses in the world and essentially blamed me for not calling her after I paid the deposit (mind you...she asked me to pay the deposit as a means of confirming the date). She never apologized, and she never even called me back when she said she would "try to figure it out. " I legitimately hope no one ever use this business ever again. I can't say enough about Lupe. I used her services for my 40th birthday party, and she was the first person who came to my mind as I planned my husband's 50th party. Because of Covid, we opted for an outdoor totally open decor. We had tons of entertainment from Argentinian Asado, mariachi, DJ, and casino night so I needed something simple but elegant. Although she was very busy with other parties, she found the time to set up my party a day early. Everyone loved the patio lights which gave my backyard that extra touch. Also, I needed to cover our basketball court which she did beautifully with a U shaped drapery / curtain. She was quick to communicate back to me when I reached out. Very unprofessional. Called the first time and she didn't pick up. The one star is for the return call I received a few minutes later. She said she was busy and if I could call back the following day. I called the following day, I was explaining to her what I need and that I am in a tight budget - she told me that if I could just meet her during weekdays as weekends are really busy. I told her that I will be coming over Monday night. She even told me evenings are better for her. I am now at 3rd and Catalina where she told me to go. I have been calling her for more than 5x and no response. Her phone was ringing the first time and went to voicemail. Every time I would call, it goes straight to voice mail. Two weeks before my baby shower, I contacted Tiffany's Party Rentals because of the glowing reviews I saw on Yelp. From the start, their response time to my e-mails were poor, but I secured the items for my delivery nonetheless and requested a time (1:30PM) that I was told they would work around. For days, I asked for clarification for the delivery time on my items and the only response I got was "I will let you know as soon as we have the route set" 4 days before the party. I not only never heard back, but after multiple e-mails, all I got was the delivery driver's phone number. When I spoke to the driver, he had not been informed of my ideal delivery time and instead was going to deliver the items between 5 and 6PM. He did not show up until 10:30PM that night, and when he did, he delivered broken items. Luckily, we were able to make the items work for the party, but when I reached out to Tiffany's Party Rentals to express my disappointment and ask for a refund for the broken items, I did not hear back for days. And when I did, all I got was defensive responses and no refund. Again, I asked for my very reasonable request for a refund, and did not hear back for 4 more days, at which I informed them I would be posting my negative experience on all review platforms. Only then did I get my refund. It is clear to me that Tiffany's Party Rentals puts little to no effort into customer service or communication, and also fed me lies and defenses to our very simple business exchange. I drove Friday afternoon to the most congested area of Koreatown to pick up my order only to find nothing there. Elizabeth told me another customer accidentally took my order. Fine. Mistakes happen. But then as the company it is your responsibility to resolve your error. Not this one. They told me I could come back in 4 hours and they'd try to have more furniture available. No ma'am. I am not driving home to Hollywood and then back to K-Town for your error. I made a simple request. You have drivers dropping off furniture.. have them drop it off at my place in Hollywood. They refused. They said they wouldn't have their drivers go out of the way to fix their mistake. I then called the owner, Lupe, who again said there was nothing they could do. She refused to take ownership of their error and make it right by providing a simple service. You have drivers. You have furniture. Make it right. Tiffany's Party Rentals is such a pleasure to work with. We just put on a work-related event with a very tight budget and Elizabeth, Lupe, and their contacts made the evening happen. We are so fortunate to have found them early on in our planning process and after meeting them in person for an initial consultation, they met us at our venue to do a full walkthrough. During the walkthrough, they helped us conceptualize the decor and offered solutions for centerpieces, which saved us a ton of time. We ended up renting: -192 chairs -6 six-foot tables/table cloths -18 cocktail tables/table cloths -Centerpieces for all of the cocktail tables -20X40 canopy -Beautiful full drapery in the canopy -2 outdoor heaters -Decor for the stage The price was very reasonable. Of course Lupe and Elizabeth want to make money but they treat you like their friend and do not upsell anything that is not completely necessary. You won't feel like you're at Jiffy Lube getting a $200 "oil change." When we mentioned our vision for the event, Elizabeth was very helpful in finding us vendors to provide music, microphones and stage. On the day of the event, they arrived on time (actually a few minutes early) with a large crew in order to complete everything in the short set-up window we had and were again right on time for clean up. Tiffany's Party Rentals is fairly new on Yelp but they have a strong customer base from word of mouth referrals because they're doing the right things for the customer. We quoted a bunch of places around LA for prices for our wedding. We needed about 500ft of string lights and uplights. Tiffany's was by far the cheapest. Most places ranged from $.50-1.50 per foot. Lupe from Tiffany's quoted us $.35/foot. Not only that but she agreed to meet us the next day at our venue and gave us a walk through. In the end we ended up renting a huge amount of stuff from her incuding our napkins, placelamps, and tablecloths. She even made us custom tablecloths to fit our specific color (copper) at no extra cost! Our wedding planner said she never heard of prices so low & said she'd be using Lupe alot in the future! Personally had an exceptional experience with this business this past weekend. Contacted them via their email address on their website 1 week before the event. They were quick with their email response. Got back to me the same day I initially sent the email requesting a quote. Simple event with 3 tables and 25 chairs but everything went incredibly smoothly. Had delivery schedule at 11am on Saturday. I contacted them on Friday to verify everything was a go and they notified if it was ok if they showed up earlier, no issue with me. They arrived at 9am and brought all the chairs/tables up the stairs to my place at no extra charge, awesome. I had looked other places in the area up and some charged extra $ to bring the stuff into your property. A couple of business actually charge an added extra if there are stairs involved. Got no haggle here, they did an excellent job and brought everything up at no extra charge. Party went smoothly. They picked up the following day and again handled everything themselves. Will definitely use again. Great customer service and good prices. I almost backed out from using them due to some of the previous reviews here but glad I did not. I rented tables for my son's first birthday with Tiffany's Party Rentals. They were definitely the cheapest around. I paid $125 for 60 folding chairs and 7 8 foot banquet tables. I asked for delivery on Sunday (the day of the party) b/c i have a small house and no room to store the equipment. I was told that was fine. I emailed to confirm the week of the party and a rep emailed me back telling me that they would have to deliver the items the day before the party (Saturday) b/c they were short staffed. I agreed, but was a little disappointed. On Friday, I got another email asking to deliver the chairs and tables right then and there, 2 days before the party. To that i said no, there was no way! The rep said OK, we will deliver on Saturday. They arrived on time on Saturday which was nice. They were friendly, but the driver stated that the reason they delivered on Saturday is because the wanted Sunday off! That made me a little upset. I was told the were short staffed, but no.... they just wanted the day off! The party went great, but Tiffany's employees didn't come to pick up the chairs and tables until 830pm on Monday night. I thought that was a little late, but we left the equipment outside, so it didn't really bother us. All in all, the equipment was in good condition, and we did get everything in time for the party. What I love about them is that if they don't have it they will refer you to some else, if your are on budget they will also suggest different options to save you money. SCAM!!! I can definitely say the 5 stars on here are fake. After seeing all the negative reviews, I still tried to believe this place wasn't so bad. This is a poorly managed small family company where the telephone listed connects to a cell phone. After calling twice a lady picked up without any introduction but just a "yes?" I ask if it's Tiffany's rentals and she rudely says "yes go on" I tell her my order and she asks me to text her. I send a text with my email for an invoice, contract, anything to confirm my order. She never replies. I text again, and she says she'll do it tomorrow. The next day I call, and she rudely says "I already told you how inexpensive your order is, what else do you want" so I mention cost wasn't my concern it was any documentation or proof of an order, she gets angry and says "no offense but you people with small order always give us the hardest time" I'm sorry does my business not seem of value?? I have worked with this company for years now. Lupe is the best, so easy to work with. They are extremely reliable, punctual and they offer honest prices. I like that they can bring their rentals the day before or even sooner so you can set up at least a day in advance. I was in contact with Elizabeth, and she was extremely helpful and very accommodating. My sisters baby shower turned out beautifully! SUCH GREAT SERVICE! Here are some things you should know about Lupe and her business: 1. She's personal. Tough busy (and who isn't when you're running a business like this), she went out of her way to answer our questions and even went to GET the color of overlay my fiancee desired. THAT's beyond great service. 2. The items were delivered by a very small fee. We had a wedding of 260+ guests. It was certainly worth it as it saved us time and the hassle of getting a car big enough to fit it all. 3. Their prices are ridiculously great! We saved at least $85 from the closest vendor. 4. Though they forgot to include one item (canopy walls) in both the delivery and total cost, they delivered it the next day at no extra charge. They basically owned their small mistake. 5. For reasons beyond our control, we were unable to drop off the linens at a time that worked for them, so they came to pick them up at no extra cost! 6. There was a breakdown in communication with the friends helping organize the party. We were supposed to keep the hangers and mistakenly, my friends tossed them. I told Lupe we would pay whatever expenses that entitled, but she said it was fine. I was blown away. 7. Finally, their linens are just GREAT quality. We were really impressed, especially because of the cost. With that said, I'm recommending this site to my friends holding big parties, weddings, etc. We searched A LOT for good deals, and Tiffany's Party Rentals just blew everyone out of the water in their service, prices, and quality. DISGUSTINGLY HORRIBLE!!!!!!! The people that work at Tiffany's Party Rentals stand amongst the WORST people I've ever tried to work with in my entire life. I work at a nonprofit organization and we recently had an outdoor event that required additional tables and chairs for our guests. Not knowing a great service provider for these items, I Googled a few places and Tiffany's Party Rentals seemed like it would be a great selection. Close to my office, reasonable prices, friendly initial conversation with a woman named Lupe. I confirmed a date and time with Lupe for the tables and chairs to be delivered, she sent an email quote per my request, we were good to go. Sounds easy enough, right? The day prior to our event, I called Lupe and she confirmed everything was set and we could expect our items to arrive at the time we needed them. The day of the event, I called a few hours before our arranged time to again make sure there weren't going to be any delays with our chairs and tables. Lupe told me not to worry and everything was set. The arranged timeframe we agreed on came and went but the tables and chairs never made it to me. My colleagues and I began frantically trying to call Lupe. She would either avoid our calls by letting it ring to her voicemail or she would decline our calls. Lupe apparently doesn't think anyone knows the difference when a call is declined because after 2 rings, it would go to her voicemail rather than the standard 4 rings. When she finally did answer our call, she said her drivers were on the way and would be arriving at our location in 10 minutes. In the next few hours, we repeated this process of her avoiding our calls or answering just to tell us the drivers would arrive in 10 minutes. Lupe and Tiffany's Party Rentals obviously think that customer satisfaction is not a priority nor is honesty. Rather, they prefer making false promises and playing games with their customer's time and patience. I'm not quite sure why there are people that have given Tiffany's Party Rentals a 5 star rating or why they've posted positive comments. Tiffany's Party Rentals should consider using the following as their catchphrase: "Call and order from us if you are in need of turning what's supposed to be a great party planning experience into a nightmare! After attending 5+ of the parties they've set up/decorated (one of which included a wedding), I knew I had to use Tiffany's for my mom's 60th birthday party.
