After spending almost an hour setting up an order on their website (with an AI assistant constantly trying to push stuff on you), there was no confirmation email. I called the next day to see if the order got through. A sleepy gentlemen answered the phone and mumbled apathetically that he'd check and get back to me. He never did. I left a message the next day, asking for a call back to find out if my order had come through. I got a text on my phone the next day, reading: "Thank you for reaching out to The Best Screen Printing company. Please send us your design, when you need it by, size breakdown and quantity for your order at sales@tbsp.la to get a free quick quote.". So we were back to square one, with 3 days just out the window. I emailed them and explained that I had submitted an order through their website days earlier. They emailed back and said they wouldn't honor that order. They told me if I wanted to pick up any t-shirt by Monday, they'd use a lower-quality (!) t-shirt and charge an additional $20 above the additional rush order fees they had already added. I never write reviews, but here I felt compelled to.

My experience with IDC ended with a positive outcome…read more It started rocky as the instructions I gave to J.J. as to where to place the patch were not followed. This resulted in the shirt being stained with the adhesive from the patch after it was removed. Yesenia then took over and she helped to bring the project home. She did not charge me for the digitization of the new patch I created to cover over the stain on the shirt. The new patch produced by her was high quality, vibrant and was applied in the correct spot. Ultimately I was happy with the outcome and feel that I would trust them with another project in the future. During my visits to IDC, I have seen happy and energetic customers eagerly creating or picking out patches that they want for their projects. I wish them continued success.

I genuinely do not know how this company has so many high ratings. This service is not 24/7 and…read morethey do not understand the products they advertise to sell. Do not pay for same day without checking how busy they are, as that could take a few days (which is astronomically different in price; in my case it was 170$ vs 50$ between same day and next day) and they will not tell you ahead of time that they are busy if you don't call. They agreed to a time they couldn't commit to, not even bothering to start the order until the day was basically over (despite agreeing to a 2 pm deadline). Payment has to be made up front as well for a service they might not be able to provide. For sticker sheet printing, for some reason, they count quantities by individual kiss cut stickers despite selling in sheets, which is false advertisement (especially when a 4 in by 6 in sheet can hold a bunch of stickers of various shapes and designs). Their user interface for sticker ordering is essentially copied from other sticker companies in the area, yet they don't even understand how the selection works. If you absolutely have to use this service over others in the area, make sure to use card in case issues like this show up and call ahead of time to make sure they're actually able to do the job by the deadline you need for it.

What I picked up was unfortunately an XL in a different brand - it feels less quality that bella canvas, I'll have to get creative to make it fit how I imagined. I picked up on lunch in a rush and the concert is tomorrow. I'm gonna charge it to the game. A phone call asking for an alternative brand would have been appreciated. Secondly, there isnt really a nudge once complete. If I didn't call, there wasn't a way to know if it was ready for pick up. I work at a local org that need 300 shirts and I was hoping to use these folks but the communication needs just a bit of tweeking.

The address to this place is very misleading, they are not located at 837 S Wall Street. I do not know why they have to lie about their location. This is already a RED FLAG. I wish yelp would realize that they are lying about their address. Second off all their customer service is one of the worst I have ever encountered in my life. They are RUDE!!!! I called to ask questions about their embroidery prices, services and turn around time, the rude guy on the phone put me on hold and when he finally came back after minutes of making me wait. I called to inquire about pricing and explain the circumstances of some merchandise I need embroidered for a large and popular retailer. I just wanted to see if they could handle the qty, style and the average turnaround time before paying any $ and the attitude of Ronen was terrible, rude and dismissive. Before I could even speak he was saying "I don't know why you called" and "I dont have time for this". This company is incredible! Ronen (owner I believe) overly accommodated my last minute order and even waited for it to be dropped off/picked up past his hours. He kept me posted on timing and sent pictures throughout the process. He also provided some much needed advise in terms of how best to work with the product I needed to stitch on top of. I had about 175 pairs of sweatpants to be embroidered for a company holiday gift. Ronen's quoted price was by far the best I found anywhere in the LA area. And when I told him we were in a bit of a rush, they finished the pants a full day ahead of schedule, having already given me a pretty quick turnaround estimate. Definitely recommend them for any large embroidery projects; especially if you don't have 14 business days to wait for some other company to do the job for three times the price. read more

Great service, I was reading some of the comments here and it seemed like they would be super rude, on the contrary, the representative was nice and informative. When I called and asked for rates they told me to go online and send them my image so they could give me a quote. I did and they got back to me within a few minutes. I nearly cried when I called Fashion Greek and they assured me that they could take on the job and could get it to me the day before the graduation (4 days away). Not only did they get the job done beautifully but they did it in less time than quoted. 2 days after dropping it off, I got an email that the stole was ready and I couldn't believe how great it came out. The staff that I spoke with on the phone and dealt with in person for drop off and pick up were so helpful, friendly, and patient. The quality of the work was excellent. This place is definitely a gem.

I really wanted them to work for our business but unfortunately they are terrible. I wouldn't wish the experience I had with them on anyone. They created thousands of dollars in mistakes and blamed us for their errors. Truly unbelievable they're still in business.
