I would definitely recommend them because they're available, honest and do good work. They have coupons on their website and I got 10% off my job, which was nice. My new Toto toilet flushes and fills faster than any I've ever seen. If I had gotten the toilet myself at the hardware store, I'd have got something clunkier or more expensive; the modest markup they charge for securing the hardware for you is worth it. The fact they remove the old toilet and all the boxes for the new model is worth it in itself. The plumber wore a mask and booties to keep my new carpet clean without me asking him and arrived on-time.

It took three days to get the report where other agencies 's report turnaround time is one day. She wrote to me that the test showed high level of mold because the area was not fully contained and contaminated when she took the air sample. I asked her why she didn't communicate this observation to me before taking the air sample?! She refused to admit any faults. When I shared the same lab report with another mold inspection agency, they indicated the lab report showed normal result. Nicole was unprofessional and lacking the technical ability of interpreting lab results. I ended up hiring a different company and their retest showed normal result as well. Because of the mess caused by Nicole, my real estate project was delayed by a week and I'm disputing the service charge with my credit card company because Nicole doesn't see anything wrong of her service or conduct.
