They came when they said they would, the plumber was friendly, came up with a creative solution to an issue with our toilet, and the bill was lower than I thought it would be. We had a toilet tank that stopped filling late on a Sunday night and I actually called another 24/7 plumbing business based in Glendale first, and the other company's answering service took my contact info and said they'd call us back then come out early in the morning but I never heard from them again. David's Plumbing was my backup and they provided the option to send someone out in the middle of the night, but my toilet tank was refilling slowly so I scheduled service for 10am-12 the next morning. The plumber contacted us when he was on the way then showed up after 10am. Our toilet doesn't have a common refill valve and he was able to fit another valve to the tank and get it working again. It's actually flushing and refilling faster than it ever has. We'll probably reach out to this company for an installation when we replace the toilet.
