Thank goodness for united 1k status. Otherwise Never again. Not this parking spot And worse is that the attendant that morning. At 615am on the 11th April told me everyone is trying to get to terminal. Yes I agree and ur job is to get them there I was the first on the bus and told them I was going to terminal e. Of course they didn't drop me off first and went to terminal c. So now it is me walking to the terminal Waste of space

The covered, secured parking was a big plus, especially knowing the car would be shaded and protected. Drivers were friendly and quick to help with bags, and the shuttle service felt organized once we got going. We did get directed to a row with no open spots, which meant circling around and missing a couple of shuttles, but thankfully we had time to spare. The price, especially if you book ahead, is a great deal for the convenience and peace of mind. Ricky was our driver on the trip to the airport, and Brandon was our driver on the way back from the airport - both were excellent drivers, professional, friendly, and funny. Great work!

As we drove in, they told us which row to park in. Once parked, they drove the shuttle to our car to pick us up. When we returned to IAH, we walked to the shuttle area and - it's important to note - to make sure that you get on the correct parking spot shuttle. We almost got on Parking Spot 1 and the driver looked at our ticket and corrected us to wait for the Parking Spot 2 bus. Even though it was 9:30pm we only waited about 5 minutes before the shuttle arrived. The driver was nice and got us to the lot safely and dropped us off right next to our car. As we drove out, we received complimentary bottles of water and paid at the kiosk.

That does not happen here. You park, then walk to a designated shuttle stop inside the lot to catch the bus to the airport. Make sure you factor that extra time into your travel plans. They do drop you off back at your car when you return, which is nice. The inconvenient part is the pickup because you're usually dragging luggage across a very large parking lot to what basically feels like a bus stop. They almost always have coupons and it is very cheap, but you get what you pay for. I would use it again for the price, otherwise probably not because of the hassle.

Why 5 stars? Because it might be impossible to have a better experience…read more --- --- --- I had been traveling a lot more than usual recently, and each time, I heavily debated exploring a cheaper parking alternative. Ultimately, I would always end up just paying for the IAH parking garage in the end, because I was concerned that these cheaper lots would be a hassle. But for my last trip, I rolled the dice and parked here - I'm so glad I did. When I arrived (around 7a on a Wednesday), I was sent to the very back of the lot to park. I assumed I would have to walk all the way back to the front to wait for the shuttle. But much to my surprise, after gathering my things, I got out of the car and the shuttle was sitting there waiting on me, right behind my car. I ended up being the only one on the shuttle, and the ride to my terminal was only a few minutes. When I got back to the airport, it was about 6p on a Saturday. It took me a bit to find which door to exit baggage claim from, but once I did, the shuttle was sitting there waiting for me, and again, I waited maybe two minutes until we were on the way. This time, there was only one other person on the bus. So both times, I had virtually zero wait and paid half of what I would have paid to park in the garage. Both drivers were incredibly friendly too. When you factor in the amount of time I have driven around the garages hunting for a spot in the past, it somehow might even be faster to park here. I'm sure it's not this easy every time, but I might not ever park anywhere else again.

Damn, Gina! (Gina M). You jinxed me, girlfriend!…read more So, I've used Air Park a good handful of times, and so I finally yelped them. But then, upon my return to my beloved Htown, I was let down by my trusty Air Park. As soon as I spotted my luggage tagged with my cute, little dangle-y monkey charm, I quickly phoned Air Park to let them know I was ready to roll. "There's a shuttle around the corner," says the dispatcher. "They should be approaching you soon." Suh-weeeeet! Ten minutes pass, no shuttle. So I walk around with my bags in tow. Like I've mentioned many of times before, I have terrible vision, so I scoped out the scene to see if I overlooked the bright blue bus. Nope. Not here. So I call again. Apparently, they missed me by a few seconds or so, and now they were sending another. It took more than 30 minutes to *finally* catch a shuttle. And as Gina M mentioned, all the while other shuttles with cute little pink piggies and other parking services passed on by--multiple times. It was cold and windy outside, not to mention I had dinner plans with a friend. This doesn't completely turn me away from Air Park, but the entire time I sat there gazing--and shivering--at buses passing by, I spotted the bus Pre-Flight with a $4.99 web special. That's around half of what I paid with Air Park. I think I'm gonna try them next time.

Their service is slow and inefficient. They seem to have ONE driver who goes to all the terminals and then back to the parking lot. If you happen to miss him, be ready to wait 20+ minutes, and then you will go to all the terminals. It's slow slow slow. Also, we got to one terminal and the driver deicded to get out and look for the person who had called. You have to call to get picked up. Pain. The driver was pervy. This was a 15 person van and my husband and I were the only people in the back. The last (3rd) person we picked up was a young lady in a short skirt. He told her she had to sit in the front seat, even though he had to move stuff to let her sit there and there were 3 empty rows in the back. I wonder why. Icky.

At drop-off, shortly after arriving to Houston, I found my Kia Soul under lock and key safely tucked away on the premisis. Everything on the lot is surrounded by fencing and there's a 24/7 attendant at the front entrance. The lot has parking numbers on the pavement to help track down vehicle locations. During my second visit, I was returning my Turo Kia and it was easy to find a space to park it. I felt safe and the property is fairly well-lit. A car wash is available for last minute clean-ups!
