Without establishing any type of care, they took me in last minute on Halloween when my son scratched my literal eyeball and got me fixed up. They relieved the pain and guided me on how to care for and heal the scratch on my eyeball and they were very caring throughout the entire process!! They didn't overcharge me and they made sure it was the most pleasant experience, despite the circumstances!! I even saw someone walk in from the street with no appointment looking to get her glasses adjusted and they took her right on in, fixed her glasses, her lenses, and had her back on her way within 30 minutes!! Without any impact to the appointments they had scheduled!! Dr. Hoover genuinely gives the most comprehensive, thorough eye exam I've ever had and it was super informative!
