First time trying Cheba Hut and it was so delicious! I ordered the meatball sub on the garlic herb bread, and it did not disappoint. The sandwich was super filling with plenty of meatballs and great flavor throughout. Since I ordered delivery, it was a little soggy by the time it arrived, but popping it in the air fryer for about 2 minutes per side made it absolutely perfect. Crispy on the outside and hot all the way through. Definitely a satisfying meal, and I'll for sure be back to try more of the menu! read more

Had a great experience at cheba hut! I ordered one of their 8-inch specialty sandwiches on fresh, fluffy garlic bread, and it was absolutely delicious. It came loaded with turkey breast, avocado, pepper jack, bacon, and chipotle mayo. Also, don't sleep on their crispy treat bars! They had four options, making it hard to choose between the original, Fruit Loops, chocolate, and the Cinnamon Toast Crunch chocolate chip one. I opted for the cinnamon toast crunch chocolate chip one, and it was delish and def satisfied my sweet tooth. Thhe ambiance is very lively, featuring a huge indoor space, a bar area where you can grab drinks on tap, and a spacious outdoor patio. Service was great. read more

Excellent subs near Denver Tech Center - visited with colleagues for lunch earlier this week. The restaurant has a laid back vibe with outlandish murals, but service was friendly and quick. I ordered a large Jamaican Red (Buffalo Chicken) for $15.49 as it was recommended by the lady at the checkout counter, and she did not steer me wrong! Our team sat at one of the most unusual tables in the restaurant, with a steep slope at one end! All my colleagues enjoyed their food, as did I. My sub was toasted just right, was loaded with veggies, and had just enough chicken and buffalo sauce to keep things interesting. Happy to return! read more

I ordered the 12" French dip to share. It took a little less than 10 minutes to get our food - perfect. The sandwich had a decent amount of rare roast beef, a few slices of mushrooms and lots of provolone cheese. I skipped the onions - even though they go through the toaster, they are still mostly raw. A very heavy hand did the "shake" (the seasoning). The sub came with a cup of au jus that definitely tasted more like French onion soup vs actual au jus. The beef was so rare that my husband thought there was ham on the sandwich. The 12" was definitely large enough for two. I didn't finish mine, not because it was so big. I didn't finish it because I just didn't like it. There was some kind of seasoning (I think on the meat) that just wasn't pleasant. My husband wasn't a fan either. Cheba Hut has a fairly large variety of subs. I've increased my rating from 3 to 4 stars, something surely has to be better than what we had. If you go, just don't order the French dip. read more

Last night I came in after midnight and ordered a couple of sandwiches. The customer service sucked, the lady that took my order was not nice. The order was wrong. It was too late to call or go back and really didn't want to because the customer service was horrible. I was introduced to Cheba Hut when I lived in Tucson, AZ and was so incredibly happy to know that the Tempe AZ based chain had multiple Denver locations. While toasted subs are nothing new to Denver (Quizno's) the combinations at Cheba Hut differ slightly from traditional sandwich shops as they lean hard into the "stoner" vibes Which makes for some awesome sandwiches. They have kool-aid and huge munchie cereal bars as well as some incredibly tasty nachos. You don't need to be high to enjoy this food but it will make you thankful for stoners munchie tastebuds. read more

Stopped over here to grab a drink at their indoor outdoor bar. Very cool ambience in the Denver tech center. Wonderful experience with the most AMAZING bartender named Gianna. She helped me activate my Colorado ID information on the app because my wallet has recently been taken along with my ID so I only have a picture copy. Which she did not accept to serve me and it's completely understandable she insisted on following the rules of the establishment. I was waiting at the bar for my partner to get done with a business meeting, only drinking water while Gianna kindly offered me food options and offered to help set up my Colorado ID in order to be served a drink. She was an amazing help! She really saved my life for the next couple weeks until the new hard copy arrives. I am SO excited for this location to open. We needed a Cheba location down south. The closest one to my house before was on Alameda, but now we finally have one even farther south. Been to this location a few times already and the staff is as always on point and super friendly. Every time I walk in to a Cheba Hut the employees always seem like they love their job. If they don't they don't act like it. The bar is very open at this location and has lots of windows making it very bright and inviting. The patio is large too. That will be great during the summer months. This time my husband tried the Secret Stash sammie the Death Star. It has turkey, Salami, Jalapeno Cream Cheese, Jalapenos, Pepperjack and 1000 Island. They messed up though and put regular cream cheese on his and put the jalapeno cream cheese on my La Canna instead of mayo. Made my Italian sub WAY spicier than I was expecting. They offered to remake it but I went with it, sweat and all. It was still good. read more

We stopped in to grab a bite for a late lunch. Cheba never disappoints. We've been to several different locations but this was our first to this particular one. It's conveniently placed next to a dispo & a liquor store in the plaza. This location was a great vibe, clean and inviting like all others. They've got all the munchie faves. We ordered then I headed to the bar to get one of their yummy cocktails. I got the Electric Unicorn & a beer/shot combo. They were delicious as always. The beer was so perfectly frosty cold. The bartender was super friendly with a great vibe. We left happy & chill. The only negative thing I can say is that I lost a pair of sunglasses there and no one turned them in, I went back to the bathroom and someone literally stole them. I wish I would've been more aggressive in finding out who took them within a 10 minute time frame, because my company had sent them to me as a gift and I hadn't had them long. They were $50 value, so it wasn't a huge loss but definitely significant. I'm really bummed about it. People these days are such trash and I hope karma does them equal justice. read more

Finally got to eat at this place, and it is fantastic! We did a pick up order for a few of us at work. I got the AK-47 (French dip) and requested jalapeños and lettuce on the side. I read a review on a different location that said to add jalapeños to the aujus and great suggestion! I thought the 8" was perfect. I am excited to eat here again! read more

Love this place! They are open late and the food is always good. Kali mist is my go to but the secret stash menu always has great items.

The employees do a poor job at making sandwiches. They rush through pickup orders and skimp on ingredients -- especially protein. I stopped going here because they forget bacon and important ingredients that you pay for. The prices are high and the food is poor. It's too busy for the location it's in as wel, so it really makes it not worth it. Pass! read more

Found one of the employees custom aprons in the bathroom. It was weirdly wet hanging over the back of the toilet. I handed it to a worker and they put it on without question and then went to make a sandwich without washing their hands. As a service industry person that is disgusting an apron shouldn't be taken to the bathroom and people should be washing hands.
