From the moment I approached the counter to apply for a loan, it was clear she was unwilling to provide helpful service. I presented all the required documentation, including my HR contact number. I work for a large financial institution and provided the appropriate HR number initially. The employee claimed she could not use it, so I gave her an alternative number. She made a very brief call--no more than 20 seconds--and then stated that they didn't recognize me as an employee and claimed I did not work there. This was false. Given the size of my employer, the system requires an employee ID number to verify employment through the automated system--something she never even asked for. It became clear she was not interested in assisting me and made little to no effort to properly verify my information. I will not return to this location and plan to escalate this issue further. For anyone facing a financial emergency, I strongly advise avoiding this branch due to the lack of professionalism and inadequate customer service.
