We were in need of a particular bulb for a particular older vehicle and a friend had recommended this chain of autocrat stores and this was the most convenient location for us. I am not sure if it the one the neighbor uses but that does not really matter, it was close this time. The manager was training wha appeared to be a brand new employee, step by step on how to use the computer listing, find it in the store etc, while also attending his other duties. It took quite a while to get the entire process finished, more than what we had expected to be a very quick stop. But in the end we left with the correct part, at a good price and even under these circumstances it saved us far more time than having had to take it to local place we often have used in the east event for simple procedures. It had been a while since we used the do it yourself method and still glad we didi. We would go back here again if we had a similar purchase to make and repair to do for ourselves. We appreciate that with a trained employee available it would have lived up to our expectations. But everyone has to learn at some point and these days, already trained new employees are few and far between waiting for employment.

I asked Boulder Chrysler Dodge Ram to consider goodwill assistance given that the truck had only been driven about 265 miles since I purchased it, but they declined. I also requested a copy of the vehicle's reconditioning report, used vehicle inspection checklist, and the repair order showing what was done to prepare the truck for sale. To date, I have not received those documents or a response to my request. I wasn't asking for something unreasonable. I simply hoped the dealership would stand behind a $47,500 truck that experienced a major electronic failure after only 265 miles of my ownership. Fowler parts department and service team are great. Their prices are pretty competitive for large repairs. They helped me order my necessary parts and didn't try to upsell me anything. Their waiting area is also very nice. I've been to a few of the dealerships around the Denver metro area and Fowler's waiting area is top-tier compared to other Jeep Service waiting areas. It was clean, had coffee, snacks, and overall had a pleasant feel. I was also able to get my jeep fixed in one day, right before the new year! I am now going to use them for all my Jeep services.
