That experience seriously raised concerns about the accuracy of their inspection process and the recommendations being made. Bradley and the individual managing the service desk did not inspire confidence, and unfortunately, I left feeling that the diagnosis and suggested repairs were not trustworthy. My nephew was overcharged and had mystery charges that Jeff, the new "general manager" refused to clarify. Jeff is rude, unprofessional in demeanor and presentation, and not at all general manager material. He is the stereotypical dishonest mechanic. I suspect he's strong arming Charles in a bid to either tank or take over the business. A small mechanic shop does not need a "general manager." All it takes is one bad apple to ruin a business, and that bad apple is, without a doubt, Jeff. Buyer beware. Jeff does not give a toss about this staple Longmont business, nor its customers. This general manager only cares about lining his pocket by hook or crook. There are some veteran owned mechanic shops in town.
