We dropped it off in the night deposit last night and they called us by lunch time with an estimate and we had our car back by the end of the day. They are so quick and get the job done asap. The appointment you make is not just to drop it off like the Ford dealership who holds onto it for a week before they even look at it. If we have a problem they can fix Team.Hoover will be fixing our cars.

I received very poor in person customer service and the female worker was very rude and snappy over the phone while trying to get clarity on my truck. So i had tl leave work and go see in person to get status of vehicle. Was told that was never looked at (although vehicle was dropped off night prior to get a diagnostic scan). Asked where was my vehicle and another worker came outside to let me know it was at the home depot across from the shop. Parked there. The male staff member went and brought me the truck letting me know they NEVER TOUCHED IT!! this was beyond horrible and will be doing a Google and yelp review because of this.

So I bought a new cam.& distributor costing 800 dollars. When they got th new motor in & sent it to be tuned two fuel injectors were pinched & they over fueled the engine. Now I have severe Blow by & oily plugs on a brand new engine. Now I need a complete rebuild . Horrible experience.. Very depressing to spend all that money & not be able to enjoy it .
