We asked for more napkins, which never came. My wife mentioned the cold fries and she was brought another serving of equally cold fries. When we were finished, I asked the server for a couple to go boxes. We received one and had to ask for more; eventually getting one more box. It took an additional 10 minutes to get the check, and another 10 to have it retrieved with the credit card. The neighboring table was also dealing with cold fries.

After 5 minutes the car in front got their food and left, and I pulled up since another car arrived behind me. I waited another 6-8 minutes, then pulled around to park and go inside. I saw two women working on food, and the 3 younger guys from the parking lot standing around and staring at the order screens. Guy 1 came over to take my order, and I explained that I was waiting on a drive thru order but didn't want to block the lane any longer. He discussed my order with another guy, they stared at the screens some more, and then guy 1 came back over and asked if I was ready to place my order. I couldn't help myself, I just laughed. I was surprised to see this place void of any customers when we arrived. The staff was muddling around the kitchen while the manager did paperwork at one of the booths in the dining area. The restaurant looked okay for the most part, the kitchen looked somewhat in disarray not dirty just a little unorganized with bun racks and stuff piled up, the lighting in the kitchen area was noticeably dim - I'm not 100% sure but I think FDA requires at least 50 luminous in food preparation areas I'd say this area was lit up less than half that. I wasn't too concerned I was ordering soft serve that was prepared in an area off the kitchen and the lighting was much better. The staff was stolid, not unfriendly by any means just disconnected it's seems the entire staff was made up of young teenage girls and the manager looked like a woman in her early twenties no one seemed motivated and it looked like they were all in count down mode to close. While we enjoyed our novelties the employees openly engaged in their personal discussions and not one soul entered the restaurant during our visit here. The Caramel Sunday and Turtle Blizzard we ordered were okay - I was still pouting over the fact I missed the opportunity to get a butterscotch dipped cone...
