While my food was very good, the wife had fries that were cold. We were served food without any utensils or napkins. It took 8 minutes for utensils to arrive and one napkin each. We asked for more napkins, which never came. My wife mentioned the cold fries and she was brought another serving of equally cold fries. When we were finished, I asked the server for a couple to go boxes. We received one and had to ask for more; eventually getting one more box. It took an additional 10 minutes to get the check, and another 10 to have it retrieved with the credit card. The neighboring table was also dealing with cold fries.

I saw two women working on food, and the 3 younger guys from the parking lot standing around and staring at the order screens. Guy 1 came over to take my order, and I explained that I was waiting on a drive thru order but didn't want to block the lane any longer. He discussed my order with another guy, they stared at the screens some more, and then guy 1 came back over and asked if I was ready to place my order. I couldn't help myself, I just laughed. Drive-thru guy then brought me my food, and we left. The food was good, but approximately 25 minutes on a nugget combo and 1 cheeseburger is pure foolishness.

Yesterday I placed an order for a large stuffed crust extra cheese meat lovers Pizza along with eight boneless chicken wings in Parmesan garlic sauce. Everything was ready on time for my pickup and the wings were certainly passable although I much would have preferred the traditional wings. What was so very disappointing was the meat lovers Pizza. Far from having juicy toppings with the meat juice absorbed into the crest, I got an overcooked hard and crunchy Pizza with no evidence of extra cheese. Domino's blows Pizza Hut completely out of the water and it is very sad they don't have a shop in Clayton Georgia to directly compete with the sad crunchy overcooked Pizza Hut yucky pizzas. It used to not be like this. I can recall a time when Pizza Hut had truly awesome pizzas. read more
