I placed the order in the mobile app when I was just under a half mile away. Usually these orders from other places are handled very quickly, which is why I do them. The app made some things difficult and would not allow customization on some items. One meal I looked at only came with Dr Pepper with no other choice, but you could choose no ice in the drink. Since I can't have Dr Pepper, I went with a different meal. The meal I ordered had the full range of drinks available, but no option for no ice in the drink. This seemed a little ridiculous to me. In the end, I could've got the meal that I wanted rather than the one that I got. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and I'm glad I had it but the app needs work. My other issue was that I arrived and had to enter the building to pick up my meal and when all was said and done, it took them 25 minutes from the time they received my order till the time when they gave it to me. Because I was inside, I just took my drink and dumped it out and then refilled it with no ice. I know this was a waste, but it's on them for not having the app set up right and not communicating in house well. Everybody else it was there was clearly not too happy with the length of the weight to get their food. In the future, I will strive to dine in so that I don't have to worry about standing around and waiting. The interior of the restaurant is spacious and was fairly clean with plenty of seating. The drink and condiment station was almost out of napkins, and the soda machine was leaking when I got my soda. I ended up with soda all down my arm from it. A little bit of salt goes a long way, and today they took the salting to another state. The Bo's Chicken Sandwich (1st time trying) was spicy. When he came back to the window he double-checked that I wanted two roast beef sandwiches which I corrected to let him know that I only needed one. He went away inside again and came back and took my payment which was for slightly less than what the coupon said it should be. I wasn't going to fight with him to give him another dime as I've never had an issue using coupons at this location before or any other for that matter. I sat and waited for several minutes and they took an order from another vehicle and finally came back to the window and asked me to pull forward and they would bring my food out to me. Usually I have no problem getting roast beef at any time of day or night at this location. I pulled forward and waited and extremely long time before one of the employees walked out with a bag and brought me my sandwich. In total I spent almost 20 minutes to get a single roast beef sandwich with a single vehicle in front of me. I've been here when there were three vehicles in front of me and been in and out in under 10 minutes. On the sandwich itself it was lukewarm but with more meat in it than I'm used to. It tasted fine with nothing unusual about it which was a plus but the extra time spent in line caused me to be late for the appointment I was going to. I will continue to use this location but I will be more cautious especially when stopping early in the morning.
