Last night's experience was ehhhhhhhhhh. Too many kids - I mean staff were horsing around then messed up the custard machine. I usually get the kids meal for a good value - under $8 for a cheeseburger that has grilled onions upon request - lettuce and cheese with crinkled fries a drink and a frozen custard with 1 topping. The custard machine was having issues this night and delayed serving in the timely manner of the custards. A few staff were gathering around and the lead was telling them to spread out and designate stations. The meal was not bad and the frozen custard is always a delicious treat. I usually get the cheesecake bits. The cheeseburger seemed to have a thicker patty than usual with the grilled onions, shredded lettuce and cheese. It kind of lacked mayonnaise and ketchup that I had to dunk in the burger to the ketchup as I bit into it to add some type of moistness to the burger. The fries were fresh and hot and salted evenly. The diet root beer I like getting because its pretty dang good. It has a good root beer flavor compared to a&w. I love their frozen custards. It has this creamy nice texture to it and its not too sweet. I usually do my own toppings for the custard sundaes. I usually get the butter cake or cheesecake pcs. read more

Ordered the 2 piece Walleye dinner and my wife the walleye sandwich. The dinner came with fries,coleslaw and a dinner roll. I enjoyed the dinner. The fish was hot and tasty with no fishy taste. You must sign up for their email. You will then get a BOGO family value basket. A fabulous meal and price. You can choose any of their sandwiches, then a choice of one side ( 6 options choices including crinkle fries broccoli, side salad, coleslaw,mashed potatoes etc ) and a very nice size drink. You get one and them whomever is with you can get there choices for free. The pan fried, crispy edge butter burger with all the fixings is DEFINITELY DELICIOUS! Also, the fresh cod and chicken sandwiches are very good plus are fresh and hot. Make sure to Keep your receipt to sign up immediately for a free ice cream scoop or cone on your next visit too. If you sign up for the app called value pack coupons you can occasionally get BOGO items and discounts for $2 off or 10%. It pays to do that these days. My favorite desserts are their large concrete shake. Vanilla or chocolate ice cream with a 2 choices mixed in condiments. My favorite is chocolate with peanut butter swirl and crushed Reese's cups YUM. My husband loves vanilla with crushed strawberries and Oreo's. I ordered one like his with chocolate and it was really delicious too. The servers at the takeout window and delivery to your car are all very nice at this location too. We go to this Culver's a lot as it's the half way point for my parents to our house so they pick up the grandkids here. We love stopping here since the food and the service are always great. i go to the one out in haines city after dr visits best fang veggie and reg burgers last time it was so hot they let me bring my boxer puppy in and many of the staff stopped by to say hi and befriend my PET frozen lemonade w mango omg butter burger yumm but had my puppy been made to stay in the car 97degrees no way the food would have tasted sooooooooooo gooood read more

This was my very first time trying Culver's! I actually was impressed. We got 2 burger combos with cheese sauce for less than $20 which I feel is cheaper than a lot of fast food places nowadays. The burgers are thin and crispy but very flavorful. The buns did not feel like the fake ones you find elsewhere. The cheese sauce was weird... like sticky almost. We stopped for lunch on our way home, and we were surprised by the atmosphere and food that Culver's has to offer. I got a salad, and everything was fresh. My husband got a hamburger and it also tasted fresh and made to order. The highlight for us was the pretzel balls. With the dipping cheese, these didn't last long. read more

This Culver's location is great with order accuracy, and if you go through the drive thru the staff is nice. The food is always fresh so I have no complaints there. However, the times that I have gone inside I have witnessed employees bickering in front of customers, they all vent to the customers about each other, they seem lost all the time. They really need to get their act together because it makes it uncomfortable for the customers and it really impacts the experience and wanting customer to return. I will say the times that I have been inside the dining room looks clean and well kept. Hoping they improve. read more

At Culver's, you can count on quality. Their burgers actually look like something you want to eat, the food is always hot, and the fries never soggy. I had some time to kill while my child was at a practice at school around the corner from here. It was my dinner time and Culver's is always a very good choice. For me the only downside is that I'm getting really delicious ice cream that I should not be eating. I had the beef pot roast sandwich with coleslaw and a concrete. This was my first time having this sandwich and I had no idea it came deconstructed. Each item was separately packed which I was confused with at first. Upon reflection I realized this was actually a good idea as the bread did not become soggy and completely fall apart before I could eat it. For me this was just about the best meal I have ever had from them and I do love their burgers and chicken sandwiches. It paired very well with the coleslaw and the ice cream was an indulgence for me. And since I was there I had to have a root beer with it. A very good meal. read more

I like this place. It is fast and a fairly decent price. The thing that really sealed this review was the way they treated my dogs in the drive-thru. They asked me if they could give my dogs a treat. I was expecting it to be a Milkbone...it was not. They had cups of frozen custard with dog treats put on the top. It was literally the cutest thing and I loved how they asked my permission before they gave them treats. As for the human food aspect, it is a typical burger joint. We got in line at 9:30 and the ticket shows they printed the receipt and confirmed the order at 9:32. We didn't leave the Culver's parking lot until 10:05. They brought out the food and it was cold and our milkshakes were melted and not filled up all the way. read more

I tried this for my first time a week ago, and I have to say I was surprised. I have had it again since then and I would have to say that the night crew is better in product quality and service than the crew working the afternoons. The custards are really good and creamy. The first time through we went a little crazy with sides but we wanted to try everything. The pretzel bites are very "meh" and I will probably not order them again. The onion rings are really good and crisp even after a 10 minute drive home. The cheese curds are really good, but I think the cheddar bites at Zaxbys have a lot more flavor in the batter, so use that for reference. The burgers are delicious, and full of flavor, especially with the crispy edges. Next time around I need to try some of their other specialties like the cod plates or something to get a complete judgement on the overall product. As of now with my two visits it averages out at around 4 stars. read more

Culver's is "meh" at best. We had an order for 6 people and they forgot some food items so that was a drag. We didn't realize this until we got to our destination 15mins away so it would've been nice if they made sure they bagged everything instead of most things. The menu variety is pretty neat and everything sounded appetizing. We ended up getting a chicken salad, a few burgers, and a few fish sandwiches. It all tasted "just okay" so that was a letdown. It lacked flavor and seasoning so if bland is your thing, you'll find it heavenly. Like, it's definitely the go-to meal for the elderly (99% of the people inside Culver's) so if you find ketchup spicy, this is your jam. The wait to get food, however, is quite ridiculous. It took over 15 minutes for our order to be done (we waited inside). Maybe the long wait is standard but God. Damn. it was a painful wait. Basically, it's a long wait for a lackadaisical meal. Next time, it'll be a hard pass. read more

I love Culver's and made a point to drive over to this location the other day. I placed an order through the drive thru, and was double charged. When I called to speak to someone about this, the gentleman on the phone was very condescending and claimed that because I didn't have my receipt #, anyone could be trying to "claim that and rob them." I asked if he could use other information (such as my last #4 of the card I used, the order, the time frame placed...) and he was not very kind or helpful. Hey, mistakes at the register can happen- and this day I had a feeling it may have- but don't want to write a novel, but the way this person on the phone treated me has turned me off this location. read more

There are a few fast food restaurants that I love, and Culver's is at the top of my list. I live in Jax, FL, and there are none near me. So anytime I see one is near, I always go! There butter burgers are good! The concrete mixers are amazing! Everything tastes fresh. Also, you get great service every time! Also, they have other food options that are great for kids, like green beans for side. I like the Reuben. I've never tried the pot roast, but I might in the future. read more

We came in on a Saturday night after having a day at disney and the staffing was absolutely rude. They all have young teenagers who stand around and play rather than help the customers. As a new establishment in Haines city, many are not familiar with the menu, so like many others, we stood to the side and reviewed the menu. The young girl at the counter was screaming to us and two other couples "is anyone ready, come up and order already" in such a demeaning way. We ordered and there was an up charge for almost everything. And the girl slammed us our number and before we could pick it up and move out of the way, she screamed pretty much in our faces, who is next or even ready? Since I can't have Dr Pepper, I went with a different meal. The meal I ordered had the full range of drinks available, but no option for no ice in the drink. This seemed a little ridiculous to me. My other issue was that I arrived and had to enter the building to pick up my meal and when all was said and done, it took them 25 minutes from the time they received my order till the time when they gave it to me. Because I was inside, I just took my drink and dumped it out and then refilled it with no ice. I know this was a waste, but it's on them for not having the app set up right and not communicating in house well. Everybody else it was there was clearly not too happy with the length of the weight to get their food. In the future, I will strive to dine in so that I don't have to worry about standing around and waiting. The interior of the restaurant is spacious and was fairly clean with plenty of seating. The drink and condiment station was almost out of napkins, and the soda machine was leaking when I got my soda. I ended up with soda all down my arm from it. I took pictures of the ticket showing what we ordered vs the mixed up food we received. I didn't go right back because it was pouring rain and our power went out as I sat down to eat. This evening I had time to go over and ask for either a refund or replacement. I was polite and explained what happened to the Manager on Duty, showing picture and receipt of issue. She didn't apologize and stated that unless I brought the food in there was nothing she could do and her hands were tied to theor policy, even with pictures I took. She also said there's no way the food was not fresh, basically insinuating I was lying. I asked if there is somewhere else I can provide feedback since she wasn't able to handle the situation and had no empowerment to resolve my concern at all. She gave me an email address which I will contact, though I expect no response. I will not return as all she had to do was take ownership of the situation and provide a replacement meal, a refund, or a coupon for future and apologize things went wrong. I want to share that this company does not care about quality or service recovery in their business to ensure things go right nor resolve things that go wrong and caution you to waste money there as it isn't cheap! I almost came home and dug in the trash for the food we didn't eat from 2 nights ago and take it over but decided then there would be a new excuse of why she couldn't do anything and still tell me I'm lying. One example of the mess up in this pic...we ordered NO coleslaw and got double slaw! Thankfully Cane's is opening soon with a similar menu in Kissimmee!

One more of those places where I was one of the few Caucasian people. Always a good sign if they serve Mexican food and most of the people there of that heritage. I pulled up to the menu board and waited and when they finally asked how they could help me I told them I had a coupon and was immediately told 'I'll help you at the window'. I pulled forward and waited till they finally finished with the vehicle that was in line and when he came to the window I gave him the coupon and waited. He went back and forth between two registers and had to speak with other people working. I had told him I wanted a roast beef sandwich which is what the coupon was for. When he came back to the window he double-checked that I wanted two roast beef sandwiches which I corrected to let him know that I only needed one. He went away inside again and came back and took my payment which was for slightly less than what the coupon said it should be. I wasn't going to fight with him to give him another dime as I've never had an issue using coupons at this location before or any other for that matter. I sat and waited for several minutes and they took an order from another vehicle and finally came back to the window and asked me to pull forward and they would bring my food out to me. Usually I have no problem getting roast beef at any time of day or night at this location. I pulled forward and waited and extremely long time before one of the employees walked out with a bag and brought me my sandwich. In total I spent almost 20 minutes to get a single roast beef sandwich with a single vehicle in front of me. I've been here when there were three vehicles in front of me and been in and out in under 10 minutes. On the sandwich itself it was lukewarm but with more meat in it than I'm used to. It tasted fine with nothing unusual about it which was a plus but the extra time spent in line caused me to be late for the appointment I was going to. I will continue to use this location but I will be more cautious especially when stopping early in the morning. I truly enjoy Arby's and it's one of the places I can get food that is safe for my body so I'm not going to give them up over what was probably just new people on the job.
