Last night's experience was ehhhhhhhhhh. Too many kids - I mean staff were horsing around then messed up the custard machine. I usually get the kids meal for a good value - under $8 for a cheeseburger that has grilled onions upon request - lettuce and cheese with crinkled fries a drink and a frozen custard with 1 topping. The custard machine was having issues this night and delayed serving in the timely manner of the custards. A few staff were gathering around and the lead was telling them to spread out and designate stations. The meal was not bad and the frozen custard is always a delicious treat. I usually get the cheesecake bits. The cheeseburger seemed to have a thicker patty than usual with the grilled onions, shredded lettuce and cheese. It kind of lacked mayonnaise and ketchup that I had to dunk in the burger to the ketchup as I bit into it to add some type of moistness to the burger. The fries were fresh and hot and salted evenly. The diet root beer I like getting because its pretty dang good. It has a good root beer flavor compared to a&w. I love their frozen custards. It has this creamy nice texture to it and its not too sweet. I usually do my own toppings for the custard sundaes. I usually get the butter cake or cheesecake pcs. read more

Ordered the 2 piece Walleye dinner and my wife the walleye sandwich. The dinner came with fries,coleslaw and a dinner roll. I enjoyed the dinner. The fish was hot and tasty with no fishy taste. I had some time to kill while my child was at a practice at school around the corner from here. It was my dinner time and Culver's is always a very good choice. For me the only downside is that I'm getting really delicious ice cream that I should not be eating. I had the beef pot roast sandwich with coleslaw and a concrete. This was my first time having this sandwich and I had no idea it came deconstructed. Each item was separately packed which I was confused with at first. Upon reflection I realized this was actually a good idea as the bread did not become soggy and completely fall apart before I could eat it. For me this was just about the best meal I have ever had from them and I do love their burgers and chicken sandwiches. It paired very well with the coleslaw and the ice cream was an indulgence for me. And since I was there I had to have a root beer with it. A very good meal. read more

This Culver's location is great with order accuracy, and if you go through the drive thru the staff is nice. The food is always fresh so I have no complaints there. However, the times that I have gone inside I have witnessed employees bickering in front of customers, they all vent to the customers about each other, they seem lost all the time. They really need to get their act together because it makes it uncomfortable for the customers and it really impacts the experience and wanting customer to return. I like this place. It is fast and a fairly decent price. The thing that really sealed this review was the way they treated my dogs in the drive-thru. They asked me if they could give my dogs a treat. I was expecting it to be a Milkbone...it was not. They had cups of frozen custard with dog treats put on the top. It was literally the cutest thing and I loved how they asked my permission before they gave them treats. As for the human food aspect, it is a typical burger joint. Tasty and fresh food. Have used this restaurant a handful of times during our stay in Haines City.

Culver's is "meh" at best. We had an order for 6 people and they forgot some food items so that was a drag. We didn't realize this until we got to our destination 15mins away so it would've been nice if they made sure they bagged everything instead of most things. The menu variety is pretty neat and everything sounded appetizing. We ended up getting a chicken salad, a few burgers, and a few fish sandwiches. It all tasted "just okay" so that was a letdown. It lacked flavor and seasoning so if bland is your thing, you'll find it heavenly. Like, it's definitely the go-to meal for the elderly (99% of the people inside Culver's) so if you find ketchup spicy, this is your jam. The wait to get food, however, is quite ridiculous. It took over 15 minutes for our order to be done (we waited inside). Maybe the long wait is standard but God. Damn. it was a painful wait. Basically, it's a long wait for a lackadaisical meal. Next time, it'll be a hard pass. read more

I tried this for my first time a week ago, and I have to say I was surprised. I have had it again since then and I would have to say that the night crew is better in product quality and service than the crew working the afternoons. The custards are really good and creamy. The first time through we went a little crazy with sides but we wanted to try everything. The pretzel bites are very "meh" and I will probably not order them again. The onion rings are really good and crisp even after a 10 minute drive home. The cheese curds are really good, but I think the cheddar bites at Zaxbys have a lot more flavor in the batter, so use that for reference. The burgers are delicious, and full of flavor, especially with the crispy edges. Next time around I need to try some of their other specialties like the cod plates or something to get a complete judgement on the overall product. As of now with my two visits it averages out at around 4 stars. read more

When I called to speak to someone about this, the gentleman on the phone was very condescending and claimed that because I didn't have my receipt #, anyone could be trying to "claim that and rob them." I asked if he could use other information (such as my last #4 of the card I used, the order, the time frame placed...) and he was not very kind or helpful. There are a few fast food restaurants that I love, and Culver's is at the top of my list. I live in Jax, FL, and there are none near me. So anytime I see one is near, I always go! There butter burgers are good! The concrete mixers are amazing! Everything tastes fresh. Also, you get great service every time! We came in on a Saturday night after having a day at disney and the staffing was absolutely rude. They all have young teenagers who stand around and play rather than help the customers. As a new establishment in Haines city, many are not familiar with the menu, so like many others, we stood to the side and reviewed the menu. The young girl at the counter was screaming to us and two other couples "is anyone ready, come up and order already" in such a demeaning way. We ordered and there was an up charge for almost everything.
