I ordered my food and was asked to drive around to the other drive through to get off the timer. It is an inconvenience and dishonest.

I know it's fast food, but I've been meaning to update my review of this particular location for awhile now. Every single time we've come in person over the past year has been a good experience. Only one time have they ever forgotten anything so far and the service is always good here - patient, friendly, and generally accurate. The burgers are still not a favorite of my fiancé and I, but we enjoy everything else here - the cheese sticks, funnel cake fries, lemon pepper wings (always fried hard and seasoned well), popcorn chicken bites, loaded fries, etc. We'll definitely continue to frequent this location. My only advice is don't order Uber Eats from this location if you can avoid it, as it will not be as good. In person is always fresh though. read more

This checkers is very unorganized because of the long wait times I had to wait for 18 minutes to get my meal that I ordered. Also, they're using digital order placements and they make you go through two lines just to get your food. Kind of weird is just on the corner of main intersection sit down area except for outside like normal checkers, nothing to ride home about. Every time I've pulled up here my food I always made fresh. I usually get the Deep sea double combo and their Parmesan and garlic fries and a strawberry milkshake yummy!!! But this particular day I got the Champ combo made fresh, fries always hot! I missed out on getting my strawberry milkshake ugh but there will be a next time. It's really never really a wait! Not all that big on checkers cause the food to greasy even though they have one of the best fries lol this review is not about the whole place just tried out the new tenders and wanted to share my opinion on it plus share my favorite item from checkers while I was pregnant. So Friday night, they stay open till 1am but here I am and about 8 other cars including a DoorDash pick up order and they are closed, the guy inside cleaning up won't even address ppl but on a Friday night they are closed we pulled up at 12:15! Pulling in, the speaker had worked completely fine yet the workers had wanted us to pull to the window. They had been present to take our order as it was only two workers yet only us as customers. We sat at the window for 10 minutes before a worker had finally asked for our order. When starting to order, she randomly walked away for a minute before coming back so we could continue. She was utterly rude in her responses, and when we had tried to order something else she interrupted with the cost of what we had ordered so far. She gave no care as to if that was all we wanted and her overall tone made it seem unpleasant and uncomfortable. When we asked for an item she rudely said. "We dont have it", and never offered nor asked if we'd prefer something else. When we got our food, the fries were cold and the order had been made incorrectly by missing a few items or adding things we specifically hadn't asked for despite the receipt having the clear order. This very well may have been purposely as we had seen her look at it multiple times while making it. I love this burgers but the service is terrible every time I come my friends, bf or whoever I come with are praying because seems like their employees are always mad for something and not giving us what we ask for, once I asked a girl her name cause she was treating us as if we were annoying her just for trying to get some burgers at the end she made a joke about what I asked her name for which it was pretty accurate and I feel sorry because she said every time someone ask her name is to write a bad review, then I decided not to make it. This place on jimmy carter stays open late and carries cheap food. They have 2 drive threw with lit signs saying orderhere but only one lane is open. Amazing. The prices are not updated sometimes so you really don't know how much it costs until you get your receipt. Your order may also not be accurate and you can also be mischarged, sauce is 0.39 extra. You only get free ketchup packets with your meal after asking 2 or 3 times after they close the window on ur face. The workers don't speak good English and don't know how to use the register so the whole experience makes sense. It's like everytime I go here, it's a new group working there. it's funny how this is the only checkers I've ever visited in all of atl. for a jimmy carter-fast food chain, this location is not bad. I used to visit here frequent when I lived in gwinnett, since they have better tasting burgers at the best prices compared to every other fast food franchise. nowadays, it's not that much of frequent visits, but I'll tell you this.. I go to this checkers a lot as it's a last resort for nearby fast food for me. However, this establishment has gotten worst over the years. The staff is rude, you never see the same employees because they either quit or get fired. The lady at the drive thru was lazy to take orders at the drive thru machine, so instead requested all drivers order at the window instead. They never pay attention to your orders and mess it up 80% of the time. read more

This checkers in particular is one of the most bootleg establishments I've ever visited. They constantly ruin my order. I once bought an order of chili fries and come to my surprise they added extra but not the good extra, I found hair and grass in my fries. Besides the messed up food order and the fact they didn't give me a receipt i called only to be told by the nasty "shift manager" that she didn't care. They shorted me a whole meal and gave me old grease soaked food. Then she said i was a lier and without the receipt she isn't going to do anything about it. Tammy was her name. Very very rude.
