I arrived about 7PM on a Thursday in early February and about three tables had patrons. The decor is modern with metal chairs and lots of hard surfaces. That does make the ambiance less inviting and the small silver chairs don't invite leisurely dining or feel welcoming. Despite the fast food atmosphere, the burgers are generous and tasty and the handcut fries crispy. The ketchup in the pumps are a bit watery and the Coke Freestyle machine a little grubby and their balance of syrup and carbonation was off. Horrible location. EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here, they never have my order right. I have to spend more time waiting for a burger to be remade when all they have to do is read the ticket carefully. A friend of kine decided to treat me to dinner and ordered a delivery from BurgerFi. She placed the order at 7:52pm and within 30mins the driver was at my complex with my hot meal. Moldy food, the manager was more angry that it got brought up than I was serviced moldy food. This was on November 30th I was offered a full refund to whoh it has not returned to my account. Their phone number is also offline. They were also blasting Tyler the Creator uncensored which is wild. Watch out for that if you ve got little ones. Clean and friendly staffs are about it. Can definitely see and feel the quality southing fast and deep. Burger is under-seasoned with lack of toppings and sauces (Burger-Fi, you gotta share how you can shave a 0.2 mm slice of tomato for my burger; what brand of cutter are you using???), and the fries are always soak drenched in grease; they will never fry a new batch but use up whatever they cooked early in the morning and got that great tan. A regular order of fries and a strawberry milkshake. My son ordered a spicy chicken, no jalapeño peppers, and a regular order of fries. He also ordered a Oreo shake. Everything you order is separate, and no combos. The food was hot and delicious. Of course, I didn't eat or drink all of my food. But that's ok. It didn't go to waste with my son with me. :-) The menu is well developed and understandable. If you need assistance, the employees will assist you. **Everything was almost perfect, but one disappointment, they didn't put the stamp on our burgers. Been here twice and liked it. It's located in a busy shopping center but we did not have a hard time finding parking or seating. You can order at the counter or at a machine right when you walk in. And you can customize your orders as well or get them as is. When you order at the machine you take a buzzer with you which will vibrate when your order is ready. It didn't take long for our order to come out about a 5-10 minute wait. They have two options for burgers for vegetarians, which are the veggie burger or the impossible burgers. They also sell beer and wine. Their frozen custard is also very good. They have a variety of options for them. There is open table seating as well as partial booth seating and outdoor seating. All in all I would say this place is my favorite for a good veggie burger. read more

We had lunch here one day - my first time in a BurgerFi. I went with a bacon cheeseburger - with lettuce, tomato, onions and dill pickle, onion rings and a bottle of water. Burger was rather average - and the onion rings were just okay. They were hot and crispy, but when you bit into them, the onion pulled out of the batter shell. Price for value is INSANE. Especially for fries. And the establishment was gorgeous! Decorated so wonderfully, and the service was fast and courteous. There's a coupon on Yelp that allows you to get the regular fries for $1, which by the way - is A LOT of fries. You can upgrade it accordingly too! We upgraded it to the Urban Fries, which was most probably parmesan, mayo, and parsley. Might want to go with something else because the parmesan didn't quite do anything for us, and they already have mayo out at the condiment section. The chilli fries looked good! Burgers were done very well! CEO burger especially had a very good combination of flavors. The All Day burger was made very well, but it wasn't much too shout about flavor wise. This is a solid addition to the Peachtree Corners community. This is an easy to find spot, but even with the large parking lot, it can be hard to find a spot. Between, LA Fitness, Aldi, and the movie theater, competition for spaces can be fierce. It is worth trying to find one though if you are in the mood for a good, affordable burger. You order at the counter, and there may be a line ahead. If so, it moves quickly, and you also have the option of ordering online. My husband and I each ordered burgers and a combination of onion rings and fries with salt and vinegar flavoring. That's right, you can choose from a variety of flavors for your fries. I thought the salt and vinegar was subtle, but tasty! The burger was great - just as advertised. I haven't tried the milkshakes, but the ones at the tables around us looked incredible. We just didn't have room after our burgers, fries, and onion rings. Service was excellent when we visited. Every employee working greeted us with a smile, asked if we needed anything, and asked how we were enjoying our experience. I hope this aspect keeps up after they have been open for a while. So a few things first.. THIS LOCATION DOES NOT COME UP ON THE APP for take out. We are REGULAR customers, from the Alpharetta location and now we support this one in PTC because we live in the neighborhood. We used the kiosks... since they are NOT DOING CURBSIDE. IF YOU ARE A MEMBER DONT USE THE KIOSK HERE! When we placed our order, at the end, it wouldn't scan our membership code, we called out to the front cashier.. and he said it doesn't scan. It was busy at the counter, so we completed the order. When it cleared out, and we were waiting, we asked if we could get the points added on. Initially the guys said yes, but would have to rering the order, he then went in back to check and came back saying no- not only couldn't he rering, but his "boss" said he couldn't do anything about the points. For a bill over $50 this was upsetting. The manager stood there in back and didnt say a word. This made my husband upset.. this is how you treat regular patrons??? We are not people to make a scene, but we did tell the cashier we will no longer come to the location due to the lack of concern for the local regulars. There are TOO MANY burger places in this area to be treated like our money and loyalty is not appreciated. I recommend members go to another location. read more

Burgerfi is located right by LA Fitness and NCG theaters in addition to the shopping plaza across the street which makes it an incredibly convenient stopping place for a quick bite. The burgers taste great, and there's even a "breakfast all day" burger which has hashbrowns and a fried egg that tastes amazing. The fries are great too. You can get cheese, chilli, or a parmasean garlic style on them. I also like that there's kiosk at the front so if you don't want to order at the counter or if the line is long, you can just place your order there and go sit and wait after. The only issue I had with this Burgerfi location was the service is terrible. I waited almost 20 minutes for my food, and it wasn't even busy in there. I was planning on getting a quick bite before a movie and ended up having to ask for to go boxes when the food finally came out. I was given the tray and one box, and then the employee walked away. I went back to the counter to try to ask for another box for the fries, and nobody was there. Instead employees were cleaning the dining area and just watched me stand at the front counter for a few minutes before approaching. Im hoping that this is just an isolated incident because the food actually is really good and definitely worth eating more often. read more

Looks like someone just scraped up all the leftovers just to assemble this burger. Was terrible and considering it being a $10 burger, I feel even more upset writing a review about this burger. Black & White Milkshake - was a decent shake but not a fan of the mint chocolate after taste. was just expecting a vanilla/chocolate shake but wasn't the case. I had such a negative experience at this restaurant. To start, my boyfriend and I arrived and ordered from the kiosk. No one spoke to us at all. Our order took all of 7 minutes, not bad at all. We ordered 3 items that had chili cheese on it... After watching the manager (Kayla) complete the entire order, I heard her say to another employee "here is the order" "I don't have no more cheese so I don't know what your going to do". The entire time, she is talking on the phone through her AirPod. I decided to stop in to try their burger because I always drive past and I was hungry. Well I kinda wish I would've kept driving! Let's start with the online ordering process ... which was seemless. I'm in a wheelchair and typically I'll order, park in front and call to ask if they can bring my food out. So I was happy to see on their window it says for orders - call. I called and the line went straight to voice-mail! They never picked up. I get inside and ask if the phone was working, and the guy at the register says, "I don't even know where the phone is ‍‍. Who admits to that? Alright now the food - ehhhhhh I order a junior cheeseburger with grilled onions with ketchup, and pickles with a side of fries. My dessert was a keylime concrete. The burger left me underwhelmed as the onions were cut too small, the cheese was barely there, but the pickles were the star. If one wants grilled onions, you're adding it for flavor right? I could barely taste them. I've had way better burgers from Burger King than this. The fries were pretty tasty. Because I'm not big on having a whole lot of fries (5-6 fries are typically enough for me) , I ordered the kid's size. They were fresh, had a slight crunch to them, and it wasn't a lot. I emptied the boat! Lastly, the keylime concrete! Ugh, where do I begin? On the website there's no description of the treat, but it looks like a small ice cream with some toppings. So you figure it's keylime, it's going to be refreshing right? NOT! It's vanilla ice cream with cookies with keylime PIECES topped with whipped cream! This means the dessert was too heavy! The entrée that I tried today was "The CEO", which is a burger that comes with 2 Wagyu beef + brisket blend patties, truffle aïoli sauce, cheese, and candied bacon tomato sauce. I also ordered cheese fries. I started with the fries and with or without cheese they were really good. They were crunchy on the outside yet soft on the inside, Perfectly salted, and the cheese is yellow cheese sauce - perfect for dipping fries or for covering fries and eating with a fork. I asked them to add strips of bacon and put the candied bacon tomato sauce on the side. I also ordered the addition of fried avocado to my burger. Honestly, I took off the fried avocado halfway through eating the burger because it just wasn't that good with the burger. Once I took the fried avocado off all the flavors came through- the blended patties were awesome, and (paired with the truffle aïoli and bacon) the combination of flavors was superb. I tasted the candied bacon tomato sauce, but the flavor didn't match with my burger, so I'm saving that for a homemade sandwich that will be more fitting with the flavor palette. The inside of the store was clean and the decor was trendy. They had a television that was just showing a commercial for their burger chain that continue to repeat and they had another TV that was showing sports. They had outdoor seating with umbrellas. I only really had one problem with BurgerFi... the price. I paid $18.57 for a burger and fries- no drink. That's a bit ridiculous. They also had the option of "going green", where instead of getting a bun for your burger, you get pieces of lettuce- if you pay extra... which is crazy because it's lettuce and costs far less than the bun they would've given you. However, they offer veggie burgers and they offer the new 100% vegetable - no meat - substitute for beef. Overall, I'm giving this restaurant a three star rating because the price is a little ridiculous and asking you to pay extra for lettuce instead of getting a bun is, in my opinion, going too far. read more
