This location is absolutely the WORST!!!! Placed an app order and arrived about 10 after we placed our. We went though the drive-thru and they said they just received our order and we need to pull around and wait for our food to come out. In the process of waiting for our order more than 8 cars came in and received their order, when we asked why we are still waiting on our order they just keep saying we are working on your order. Our order was not complicated it was a hamburger fries and drink meal and cheese sticks. when we finally got our order IT WAS WRONG!!! When I said I was not going to wait for them to replace the meal they refused to give me a refund as the order was placed through the app and said the store manage was going refund my meal. So I get here late, about 1150 pm. I order the 2 doubles for$6 deal. I wanted a double checkerburger with cheese and the 2 chili dogs. I was told that they were out of the dogs so i just got the 2 checker burgers & a strawberry shake. They have me my shake & told me that they were waiting on the patties and asked me to park around back and they'll bring it to me. At about 1215 a girl comes and asks if i had something else and i said no. 10 minutes later, i still hadn't gotten my food so i walk to the window to see what's going on with my order. They were shocked. Like they didn't know i was waiting. Apparently they had given my order to the wrong car a while ago. They offered to remake my order. Then the girl that appeared to be in charge argued that i didn't order the doubkes w/ cheese, eating they were the Hamburgers but since they have it to someone else she would give me the cheese. 5 minutes later, dude brings me my bag and it had 2 single patty cheese burgers in it. Ate there once in this Zhills location. Just Awful. They took a while to get the order, although very few customers. We were the only one in drive thru line. Luke warm food. I live about 20 minutes from this location and decided to pick up food through the drive-thru to take home. Food was delicious and customer service was great. The guy working the drive-thru was polite and attentive. Our food was hot and seasoned perfectly. Location has outdoor seating for those that want to eat there. read more

Mediocre at best. Quick service but everything was luke warm, even the fries. Not many people were here on Sunday at 2pm. There was an employee out near the tables smoking and talking on speaker phone very loudly. It was unwelcoming as she paced back & forth while complaining about her job. I placed an order for checkers thru Uber Eats. When my food got here it was all shoved into a small bag that wasn't even closed and the order was so sloppily made it was as if they threw the meat and cheese on the bun and smashed them and they didn't even taste good and there was stuff that was wrong in the order. So I called them and when the manager got on the phone she was very rude and told me if I didn't want the chicken bites then don't eat them and you could hear another employee in the background yelling rude remarks also about don't eat it if you don't want it. I ordered the A1 steak burger and it barely had any A1 sauce on it and it was smashed and cold the second burger was a cheddar crisp and the same thing about it there was hardly anything on it and it was also smashed and cold the fries tasted like they had been cooked in old oil and were cold and the chicken bites were cold and hard and our drinks had hardly any ice in them. I know I will not be taking my business back there unless they change the way they make their food and bag it and get better employees with better customer service skills. The food was cold and wrong and the order had missing items, my cheese burger which I repeated the order three times to tell the girl no mayo came with mayo on it. All three of the hamburgers were all smashed. They put three big sandwiches and 3 fries in on small bag. I ordered apple pies and they were missing along with the straws for the drinks. I know you don't do a large business but three napkins in an order this size why so cheap. The girl at the window was unpleasant and shouldn't be working in any form of customer service. read more
