The food and service were the best for MC Donald's, I think I've ever had! I will definitely go back

Going against the grain here and giving this Mickey D's a solid 4 stars. Why? Well, we hit up this spot multiple times two or three summers ago, and guess what? They never messed up our order - not once. That's a win in my book. This is also the magical place where I discovered my deep love for chicken nuggets (and that heavenly honey mustard sauce). Seriously, I never looked at chicken nuggets the same way again. As for my sister, she had the spicy chicken burger and let me quote her review: "It was warm and it was good." So, there you have it, folks. It was good. We ordered a ton of burgers, and thanks to a sweet 50% off deal on their app, they were a pretty good deal too. There are restaurants and then there's McDonalds. They are in a class by themselves. The adage, "If not for low class, they'd have no class at all," definitely applies. Customer service in placing and serving the order is poor--rude, and neglectful. The quality of the food is hit or miss (mostly miss). If you order from the menu board expecting your food to be similar to the pictures, you're sadly mistaken. Even when the order is prepared properly, it becomes a mess when received. Their method of placement of items includes turning items on their side causing your items to be shifted to an unappetizing appearance. Let's talk fries. Most of the time, they are cooked in old or unfiltered oil or are over/under cooked. Is McDonald's ever really a great place to go for food? Absolutely not. It's below-typical fast junk that isn't consistent whatsoever with their food. At least missing one thing from each order. Staff seem unhappy. I would too having to work in filth. Definitely needs to be cleaned inside and the kitchen looks nasty just looking behind the counter. I don't know anyone who should be getting McDonald's of all fast food places. I'd rather get Wendy's, Popeyes, Dairy Queen, Chick Fil A, and many more. This place deserves a ZERO. When I say check your bags before pulling out of the drive thru, I mean check the burgers as well. Three times they were asked please not to put an item on a burger and yet they did. Brought the item back & got a nasty eye roll from the manager. They then replaced the burger with what can only be described as a handful of mush -- the burger literally was dripping in grease and so disgustingly made, that Ray Kroc must be rolling in his grave. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time they've screwed up a very simple order and then act like it's an inconvenience when you bring your order back so they can make it right. The worst McDonald's I've ever been too. The drive thru speaker wasn't working properly so you had to yell and then they got upset but they aren't hearing when speaking as normal. I asked for tea and they didn't give me a tea bag. They said I have to ask for the tea bag and sugar and milk. We were not impress staff were rude, the lobby stunk, food was cold, manager was just as bad as the staff.

Don't expect a lot of customer service. On at least two occasions I saw food prep people wipe their noses with their bare hands and go back to work without washing them. Getting orders wrong or deviating from the McDonald's standards seems to be the norm. I was promised that they would make things right and give me a free meal as a compensation, but when I went to get it, it was prepared the same wrong way. And the manager didn't even have the courtesy to come to the counter to apologize to me. Same thing happened when we had a mask mandate and the manager let his workers make contact with customers unprotected and against the law. When you write to corporate, all they can say is "sorry". But nothing ever changes. Even though it was fast food, McDonalds used to stand for quality and service in that category of food service. Not anymore. read more

I waited until after a couple visits to write this review just in case there the bad service was a fluke. Nope. Out of four visits in the past month, every single order was wrong. These orders were for maybe 2 or 3 menu items and not once did they ever get it correct. Two sausage mcmuffins turned into two ham mcmuffins. One cheeseburger and a small fry turned came out to be a fish sandwich and a mcgriddle. A double quarter pounder with no onions left the window magically turning into a double cheeseburger with onions. How? What happened to checking the contents of the bag against the ticket? At 1230 pm I ordered a breakfast sandwich from the all day breakfast menu. It took 13 minutes for it to be ready. I asked the manager and she apologized stating after breakfast all the breakfast sandwiches are made fresh and takes a while longer.if that is the case then the cashier needs to set my expectations accordingly. This review is basically the same as all the others. This location really blows. Every trip I've made has ended in disappointment and anger. Orders are always wrong. Food is constantly cold and old. Customer service is a joke. Just a bunch of kids behind the counter that frankly don't give a sh**. Ordered a fish filet and when it arrived 20 minutes later, the bread was stale and hard. The fish was worse. My boyfriend thought it was funny that I had to return it and wait 20 more minutes for a "fresh" sandwich while he chowed down on his burger that is until he pulled out a long curly hair!!! check your bag before pulling off! I often stop at the drive thru leaving z-hills to head back to Tampa and almost every visit, something was missing. Once it was my free coke glass, once they gave me a medium fry instead of a large and this last visit they didnt give my friend any sweet and sour sauce for her nuggets. The good thing about this McDonalds is the food is consistantly hot and fresh. The fries have always been crisp and perfectly salted and the coke I swear is as cold as Poland in the winter lol. read more

We had Cheese Burgers with French Fries and a Soda from $1, $2, $3 Menu Plus Two Breakfast Sandwiches. It was OVER $20. I DON'T MIND PAYING FOR GOOD FOOD BUT, it was half not fresh food. This McDonald's is a joke. I am a late night customer. Usually come in after midnight. Every time I come in the registers are shut down. They use the excuse that if they don't shut down they can't get paid. A joke. They are actually screwing the customer by not being able to use mcdonald app and get coupons and discounts. What's wrong with shutting down at 4 am when nobody is around. Employees are dysfunctional. Ordered frys and they forgot them. No way to prove the price is accurate. This McDonald's is the worst I've EVER been to. My father and I came here to get some dinner and we ordered at 7:48 pm and we waited over 20 minutes before asking for a refund.
