I brought my iPhone 12 Pro in to have the back glass replaced (badly cracked each time, yeah I suck) and to have a new battery installed. Every single guy I've interacted with has been awesome. They are very friendly, work quickly, care about the customers and are VERY accommodating. HOW accommodating you might ask? Well I brought my phone in yesterday to have the back glass and battery replaced. They were able to fix the back glass no problem but did not have the battery at the north park location so they asked to come in tomorrow. I mentioned that I wouldn't make it by closing because of my work commute. Well that didn't deter them from being awesome at all. Not only did Miguel, from the downtown shop, bring the battery up from his store, but he showed up at the north park location 30 minutes after closing AND replaced the battery for me. I choose to support local businesses and I am MORE than happy to spend some time writing up a review (here and on google) for great people behind a great local small business. After I got the battery installed I only used my phone a few times that day but each time I used it I had to re-enter my passcode because it said my phone had restarted which I thought was odd. Then I looked at my phone for an extended period of time and saw it was rebooting every 4 minutes. A quick google search said that it's a common issue when a component is broken while replacing the battery. I called them and told them I was bringing my phone back for them to repair. When I arrived Kevin was incredibly rude...apparently when a customer calls and gives you a time when they will arrive with your phone you will be on your "lunch break" but they'll "do you a favor" and look at it. They put the old battery back in, agreed to refund me my $ and initially it seemed to resolve it and Kevin claimed he didn't have the skills to run the code to see why it was rebooting. Super fishy because if you're the only tech in the shop you should know how to run error codes. Meanwhile Kevin gave me his phone # "in case I had more issues...which of course I did since the phone kept rebooting itself. The next day I brought it back and they fixed the broken component and then I took the phone to the genius bar for them to replace the battery. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $10 and go to the genius bar where they have a better warranty and you won't have to drive back to his store 3x or if you get your phone replaced here stay at the store for at least a 1/2 hour to see if your phone has the reboot loop from their shoddy repair job.

Luckily I found this location on maps, the customer service, and the price for the repair were really great at the downtown location. Only reason I did not give five stars was for the lack of communication. Left my phone number and I never got called back when there was a delay or when it was repaired. Plus when you call the number they give you it ends up calling the people at the other location. They also have a facebook page you can contact but I don't use social media much which is why I did not contact them there. Really great place, but the people downtown should really have their own number you can contact.
