    Espressotini

Hubby and I stopped in for a drink on a Monday. We were surprised that they had HH at 630pm and they used REAL espresso in their espressotini. Amy our bartender, is so friendly and full of life! We're locals so we when we are kid free,we like to be spontaneous. We are definitely pleased with this decision and we had a great experience!

Lots of smiles and helpful, considering this was our first time there. My wife loves ciders, and they had several on tap, and they let her try some, and man, were they good. She finally chose one, and I had a light Ale, which, of course, they had lots of on tap. Fantastic selection. The food was over the top and very good and fresh. My wife got the steak nachos, and we shared a mac & cheese balls with pulled pork appetizer. I had the Chicken Caesar salad. Very yummy. The place was clean (so were the bathrooms), lots and lots of tv's and really just a great place to go. We will definitely go back, according to my wife and I.

We were going to sit at a table in the back, but there was a fly issue in that area so our server recommended we sit near the entrance which we did. I found it interesting that our server commented "you will be dealing with those flies all afternoon if you sit there" as if joking around, but I didn't think it was funny. We started off with the brown sugar bourbon wings. They were nice and hot when we got them, but the flavor of the rub left a bit to be desired. The burgers were good. I got the sweet heat bbq burger, and honestly it was more sweet because I didn't pick up any heat. The fries were okay. It seems like an alright spot to grab a beer and catch the game. I didn't have any beer, but they do have a nice variety of choices available.

It was just our party in the venue during that time, a combination of kids and adults. There were plenty of tables for all of the snacks we brought, including pizza, spam musubi, and cookies. My bf and I purchased drinks from the bar while there. The staff was helpful and friendly to our group the entire time. They even explained how to use the simulators, as there were lots of buttons on the floor and a variety of options for play. This included match stroke, driving range, putt putt, box crush, island hop, mushroom bump, foursome, scramble, and more. The kids had a blast playing pretty much everything, while the adults engaged in a variety of simulated golf matches and driving range. The staff guided the adults through some of the features like replay in slow-mo... guests can even connect on golfjoy.com. Also, loved the automatic golf tee that rises from the ground with the ball ready to hit. The arcade in the back offered plenty of pinball fun too, mainly newer machines. We enjoyed our time here and appreciated them accommodating our large and crazy party.

She was super friendly and I told her we were waiting for Kevin for a golf lesson but I'm way early and he wasn't there yet so I took a look around going from front to back and I must say, it's bigger than it looks. It seemed like a very relaxed atmosphere. I love all the golf reference movies and shows on the wall....so retro. They have a small rec room in the back with arcade and pinball games as well as the simulators up front. They had pretty interesting stuff going on such as golf lessons as I mentioned earlier and I saw fliers for a pinball tournament. Kev got there early too and took my son right away. They do have clubs to use should u need for the lesson. Kev started with his stance and worked his way to holding the his club the right way. It was only a 30 minute lesson but might do a whole hour next time. After his lesson was done, well, my husband was late picking us up but as we were waiting the bartender asked if we wanted water. I thought that was nice of her. I'm not sure about food as I didn't order any but will definitely be back. Thanks Fore Play.

Stepping inside feels like a journey back to the days my grandfather vividly recounted. This place is a sanctuary where the heart of country music thrives, away from the glitz and glamor, inviting those seeking genuine moments over selfies and trendy drinks. As the lyrics perfectly encapsulate, it's "out in the country past the city limits sign," where this honky-tonk near the county line comes alive. The atmosphere ignites as the sun dips, welcoming a vibrant mix of whiskey, women, music, and that characteristic haze of smoke. It's the hub where cowboy folk gather for the boot-scootin' boogie, preserving the essence of a bygone era. Judy's is where hardworking souls, just like myself, find solace after a day's toil. When the clock strikes quitting time, there's an unspoken pull to this haven. The lyrics resonate--firing up the pickup truck, feeling the freedom on that highway, racing toward that hideaway nestled among the woods. It's where the boot-scootin' boogie thrives, where stories unravel, and where memories are etched into the very fabric of this time-honored establishment. Judy's Wild Wrangler Saloon isn't just a bar; it's a living, breathing testament to authenticity, embodying the roots of country music and the cowboy way of life. If you're yearning for a genuine honky-tonk experience, look no further--Judy's is the place where tradition meets the timeless allure of the boot-scootin' boogie. So come on down to this honky tonk. I took the time to read the instructions to order at the bar. One of the employees say me and helped us out letting us know it was opening seating. It's a very relaxed environment. It actually wasn't super hot inside. They have multiple large ceiling fans. There's some old classic boardgames on a shelf by the window. We ordered the Hawaiian pizza. It came out pretty quickly! We also ordered a margarita. There's self-serve water on the right side of the bar. The pizza was tasty! Being a brick oven pizza there were some sections that were a little charred for my taste. We had a good time! I can see myself coming back later maybe having a drink and some snacks on the patio with my dog.

Which was why when craft beer boomed everywhere else, I wasn't at all surprised that it was largely absent from Vacaville. & that is also why Solano Brewing Company was such a pleasant discovery for me. On a visit back to the area, a friend I used to homebrew with for years introduced me to an actual craft brewery with, technically, a Vacaville address. While it's a good distance outside of town, it's still close enough to be someplace to go around Vacaville that's more interesting than the town's repetitive corporate chain dining & big box retail. It's a great spot to grab some quality brews. There's plenty of parking. There's inviting spaces, both indoor & outdoor, for sitting & relaxing a while. The outdoor area is quite expansive. The service has been friendly & welcoming. & yeah, I like the beers. For me, Solano Brewing Company is 1 of the better breweries in the Vacaville/ Dixon/ Davis region. So if you're in, around, or near Vacaville looking for a day/ night out to chill & maybe have a beer, consider Solano Brewing Company as an alternative to the ho-hum humdrum predictable complacency of the town's many name recognition chain brands. Whenever I'm back around these parts, I'll likely be back

I now have so much fun there, I have begun to go at least once a week. First off, the staff is wonderful. I don't know everyone's names, but they are always happy and helpful. Any questions regarding any of the beers or anything else for that matter are promptly answered. If its beer related and you just aren't sure, they happily offer a taster. I find almost all the beers delightful. There's been a few duds, but I like that they are always trying new things. The menu has some consistent favorites, but you'll see new items fairly consistently. I especially enjoy "Hazy on the 80" and the "Scottie Rippen". Inside seating is somewhat limited but it's cozy and there are seats at the bar as well. Outside seating is plentiful and awesome on a beautiful day. Plenty of covered areas as well for the not so pleasant days. Kids and pets are very welcome. There's a playground and grassy area. It's also spacious enough if you just want to be around other adults and not be bothered by all that type of hoopla. There is a rotating carousel of food trucks and live music. Best to check their website calendar to see who is there and when. Plenty of great trucks and wonderful bands from what I've seen thus far. There are also themed events ranging from cornhole tournaments to music bingo. So don't be like me and sit around for years before going. Get off your culo and meet the gang out there. You'll be sure to have a great time!
