Think maybe lime/ginger sparkling water with just a hint of spice. Refreshing and different for sure. I also tried the Mucha Lucha w/ cilantro infused Siete Leguas Blanco, chorizo infused mezcal and cubes made of hot sauce that make the drink have a bit more of a kick as you allow them to melt. I did the HH chips and guac which was also accompanied with a tasty Chipotle sauce. Damn good actually. It'd be excellent served in a variety of ways. The deviled eggs aren't going to blow your mind, but I like that you get 4 different ones- and simply because I love eggs, I'd order them again. (They just wouldn't be a dish that brings me back). So of course, after our spirit tasting at Napa Valley, we walked a short distance to the ArBARetum. We grabbed a table outside and the two gentlemen in our group got the complimentary cocktails. Unfortunately, the sandwich arrived with mayo on both sides of the bread. I was already very hungry and getting a headache, so instead of sending it back and waiting again, I tried scraping most of it off. Even after that, the sandwich was still very heavy. There was also a lot of melted cheese that tasted closer to an American or Cheez-Whiz style cheese rather than something milder like provolone or Swiss, which made the sandwich very wet and overly rich. I ended up eating less than half of the sandwich before giving up on it. The garlic fries were decent, though they were very thin shoestring fries and the portion looked larger than it actually was because they were spread out across the tray. The pickle on the side was very soft and soggy and had an unusual mix of dill and sweet flavors, so I only took one bite. To the server's credit, when she saw that I wasn't taking the sandwich to go and mentioned the mayo issue, she gave me 20% off the bill, which I appreciated. However, since more than half of the sandwich went uneaten due to the mistake, a larger adjustment might have felt more appropriate.
