The machines are new and abundant, and there is a fitness room with spin bikes, and equipment. You can workout to any video they have listed and even join an existing workout class. The gym has everything you need to get in a great workout and the best thing is the price! You are not paying for the pool, squash courts and other things I have paid for in a gym and do not use. The gyms are independently owned, which gives each club the ability to personalize your experience more. Another awesome deal...you can get a 30 day trial for around $10! that's incredible.
