First time to try their cheesesteak on a Sunday afternoon. Ordered a poblano cheesesteak, onion rings and a small side of cheese. Asked for water, as I don't drink soft drinks or tea and the young man told me "we don't give cups for water, what do you want to drink". I said nothing to drink then and got my bottled water from the car. People should be able to have water with their meal, even if you have to charge for the cup or sell bottled water. Just my opinion. Sandwich was tasty but I didn't taste/see much cheese, supposedly Swiss? O rings were good and crispy, fair portion. Side of cheese sauce was TINY, fyi. Service at the counter was friendly other than the refusing a cup for water. Manager/owner came thru dining room to check on customers, good move. I didn't like the credit card surcharge (without being told or signage advising) as I had cash. 15% tip for counter service with the CC surcharge made my sandwich and o rings $18 and I had to provide my own water. Pricey lunch. Dining room could use a good sweeping, washing and painting. Both restrooms had signs on the door that they were out of order, but employees used them? Food and service 4 stars, minus a star for unannounced surcharge and no water. I would go again but not dine in, so I can get water and use the restroom. read more

The bread was super fresh tasting. Not stale or rock hard. They didn't add cheese to my husbands sandwich and they didn't add the ranch I paid extra to mine :( they also didn't add the extra sauce we paid for on the nice. Plus they used like half a tablespoon of soy protein in my sandwich and barely any beef in my husbands. I thought they'd be loaded like the pictures so I was disappointed. The flavor was great and the cola was 10/10 so they get points for that. I'll try it again and give them another chance since we overall really liked the food. read more

This is one of my favorite places to order from on DoorDash. The large Cheezy Cheesesteak from the Secret Menu is the BOMB and it's still so hot when delivered I have to wait 15-30 minutes to eat it! Their fries are excellent too. If you want to combine the two, get Jasmine's Special which is a large order of fries topped with cheesesteak, gooey queso and all the fixins! Thought I would give the cheese steak house in Garland another try. Food was great but some young skinny dude that took my order was very rude told it would be 10 minutes and it was a lot longer than that. My food was cold and I ordered chips and queso with my order and I looked in my bag I just saw queso no chips. I brought this to the young man's attention he told me I didn't order chips that I just ordered queso. I know what I said I said chips and queso but he wanted to argue so got a refund on the queso and left. I go there all the time but won't be going back!!!!! Sooooo today I FINALLY got a chance to try the cheesesteak house and I am completely enamored!!! Everything was DELICIOUS & FRESH! The fries had the PERFECT crunch!! I got the cheesy one and added a few more things that I like (bell peppers, banana pepper, extra meat & cherry peppers). MY GOD TODAY!!! The service was A1!! My girl Marisol helped me pick the perfect sammich! She was pleasant, friendly, down to earth and very accommodating. I was able to try all the sauces that they offer and choose which one I enjoyed the most. The store was clean and it smelled good. You grab a cheesesteak sandwich and you get a fountain drink to fill with what you will. I chose the Cheesesteak with peppers because I asked for something spicy. Boy it didn't disappoint. If you can get over your guilt for eating such a thing, it's damn delicious! Also, make sure you don't skip the in-house sauces they offer. Downtown Wiley Texas has a great cheesesteak joint. It appears to be located on the Main Street in downtown. It also looks locally owned! Once we entered it's a clean establishment and we were greeted quickly. The menu seemed simple and had pictures of the star of the house..*Cheesesteak *! The different assortment of flavors looked delicious from the photos. We couldn't wait to try it out. I initially looked at the daily specials for $10.50 but was told they had no specials for Friday! No problem. We ordered the pepper cheesesteak, fries and drink. It came out hot and delicious. The bread was toasted perfectly and the sauces, particularly the special sauce was everything nice! This place had been popping up on my feed as a place to try for awhile so I finally tried it. It's location is not really inviting in a rundown strip center in Farmers Branch. It is the bright spot of the strip center though... You order at the counter and then find a table. The workers were all friendly and professional. I ordered a regular cheesesteak and on this I am not sure what I was thinking, instead of fries, I ordered homemade queso and chips. While both were good, in my mind they did not go together in taste quite like fries and a cheesesteak go together. read more

I had the Shrimp Cheesesteak combo. I posted what's advertised and what I received. For the most part the cheesesteak was good. The French fries were seasoned well but the breading came off of one shrimp and the shrimp was not cleaned. I immediately lost my appetite. The cheesesteak is good. My wife had the Alan's Burger and I tasted that and it was also good. I'd definitely stay away from the shrimp though. read more

The quality of meat was good. Really liked the flavors. It was a really good cheesesteak. I think there was a reasonable amount of meat in the sandwich. For some reason I thought the onion rings were homemade and fresh. They appeared to be frozen from a box, but surprisingly they were good and the batter stayed on. No complaints.
