A handful of other places couldn't get to me until next week. Brought it to Tire Warehouse and Derek fit plugging it in within an hour or so and I was ready to roll. Super awesome service. Horrendous place. The worst imaginable environment and customer service. Huge waits, with no…read moreplace to wait. No waiting room, no chairs, just a small open room in front of the counter. This place is always awful, but my last experience with them was the final straw. They have low prices, but that's it. They are very under=staffed, so the person waiting on the counter is also the person doing the tire changing. So you can wait an hour or more just to talk to someone about tires. My last purchase there was a set of 4 tires. I let them talk me into paying extra for the full extra warranty and road hazard protection package. A couple weeks after getting the new tires, a deer jumped out in front of me on the interstate, and I had to brake hard to avoid hitting it. Apparently this caused flat spots on the tires, because after that I had thumping from my tires. I went back to Tire Warehouse to talk to them about doing something about the problem. First, I had to wait TWO HOURS just to talk to someone about it. When I was finally able to speak to someone, he immediately told me tough luck, and the flat spots on the tires were not covered under the warranty. I would NEVER go back to this awful place, even if they were giving away tires.

The message was pay us now, $1,200 or, if I wait, the price of fixing the car at a later date would be $2,800. I was leaving on a 12 day trip in a couple of weeks so we left the car to have the work done while we were gone. When we returned home, we went down to pick it up and it was not ready "we need to test drive it one more time" We returned the next day, the car was ready and I was handed a bill of $2,800. That is not the work I asked for, that was the cost if I let the problem get worse. I was fuming inside but paid the bill and left. When I returned home, I found two Wyndham Hotel keys in my center console which I cleaned out before I dropped the car off. There was significant mileage on my car. I called and spoke with Eric. He claimed the hotel keys were probably found on the floor of the garage and someone put them in my car ( huh?). He also denied someone drove my car - well, I sure didn't and I knew what the milage was because they had just changed my oil and I was able to calculate the difference. Overall, very disappointing as it is so difficult to find honest mechanics. The people who referred us to Auto Advisors are no longer customers there either.

Brought my 2017 Doge Grand Caravan in on two separate occasions back to back,…read more The first time my brakes were beyond messed up, my rotators, brake pads calibers were all messed up and completely done for and they got that fixed up nicely and I haven't had any trouble since. The second time I brought it back in not even 2 days having it back my steering rack and pinion was broken, I took it back to the shop so that they could fix that too, Unfortunately since all this basically happened all at once my finances were completely wrecked! but they were completely understanding about it and worked with me so it could play out best for us both and I can't be more greatful. I have a broken radio and sooner rather then later Im bringing it back to get it replaced!! Please consider these guys if your vehicle is having any trouble, They deserve the support!!

TIME LINE @ ENGLAND BROS…read more 4/13/26 brought to shop Paul said grandpa had one just like it Was thrilled to work on it. 6/22/26 picked it up Paul said he did the brake job (bleeding the brake lines) but wouldn't charge me since it took so long & couldn't complete all that I wanted done. He didn't bleed the brakes even though he SAID he had. I can't stress this enough. I knew it as I was pulling out onto John Stark Hwy. when my foot went to the floor trying to stop for traffic. In between April 13 & June 22? It was raining. It snowed. He was sick. He got behind in his jobs. It rained again. He was behind again. He was starting today. It rained. He was gonna do it tomorrow for sure & thanks for being so understanding. He'd call as soon as it was done. After a week I called him. He said he was on it. He'd call in a few days when it was done. It rained. I left a message that if he can't do it please just call & let me know so I can move on. I called 2 days later & he said I was on his call list & he just can't do the job. April 13-June 22. I was kind. I never yelled. I was understanding. When I went to pick it up he said the brakes were indeed bled but no charge for my trouble & for being so patient. Gave me a safety inspection sticker. A SAFETY INSPECTION STICKER. No longer required in NH but I wanted to be sure I was good to go. Knowing FULL WELL he hadn't done my brakes & just let me drive away. EDIT TO SAY: Just went out to check things out (it was raining yesterday when I picked it up) and found the ORIGINAL LIST I had given Paul. bleed brakes (price given $127), safety check, fix gas gauge, new battery for engine to include new mount, de-winterize it ($127), blow out the vents (n/c), attach front plate (wasn't done when I got there but he had his guy do it) and NONE OF THIS WAS DONE. What WAS done was muddy footprints & dirt everywhere, seats taken apart & not put back together, and a drawer that doesn't close now. It was clean when I brought it in. Everything in place. And now.....? What a MESS!

TLDR; Incredible service-- professional and trust-worthy…read more I called on a Saturday hoping for a same-day wheel/tire swap and they had me in within the hour. The staff here is remarkably accommodating; they handled my specific requests for tire/wheel placement without hesitation. While waiting, I actually enjoyed sitting outside in the sun rather than a cramped waiting room, and ended up having a great conversation with the team about local overlanding and trails. Most importantly, their inspection sheet clearly indicated that they verified and torqued every lug nut to spec. As someone who usually feels the need to re-check torque after visiting a shop, this was the first time I felt total peace of mind heading home. If you prefer "fancy" workers in suits and overpriced "free" coffee from a dingy old coffee pod machine while getting charged dealership premiums, go elsewhere. But if you want quality work done by down-to-earth people who treat you like a human rather than a target for upselling, give this place a go. 10/10 experience.

Thank you all for being so helpful!
