STOP!!!!! There is NO need to look any further! If your looking for a private chef or cooking class Chef Danielle is the answer to your prayers! The food she prepared was flavorful, creative and made with a passion for cooking! Oh and the pistachio cupcakes are to die for! A MUST TRY!! She provided an experience that my friends and I will never forget. If I could leave 100 stars I would! Thanks again Chef Danielle!!

Chef Danielle went above and beyond for our group. We had the pleasure of booking her for two of the nights we stayed in San Diego. The first night, she curated and prepared one of the most delicious dinners I've had. I am no fan of lamb chops, but I sure ate three that night. This is telling of her expertise and ability to adapt to the wants and needs of her clients. The second night, she hosted a cooking class. Chef Danielle came prepared with all of the recipes, ingredients and lots of patience. She was a wonderful teacher and made it a point to explain the reasoning behind some of techniques we used in the kitchen. Thank you, Chef Danielle, for sharing your expertise and knowledge with the group. We will definitely book her again for future events.

    Smothered Lobster Tails

Chef Danielle came to our Villa at the Hotel Del Coronado. The setup arrangements were extremely easy and the options were immense. She was prompt with her arrival and the food was served on time The best part was obviously the food. The salad was great. Her sweet potato biscuits were bomb.com! The southern smothered lobster tails were seasoned well and delicious. The main pasta with shrimp and sausage tasted great. We finished with a roasted marshmello chocolate mousse. Would definitely recommend Chef Danielle and can't wait for the next event!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Danielle. She's incredibly professional and so easy to work with! We hired her services for an Afternoon Tea Party for a not-for-profit event. She was super helpful in coming up with a menu that suited our needs and our budget. In terms of communication, Danielle was super responsive, friendly, and organized from start to finish. For the event, our crowd had several dietary restrictions (halal/kosher/veggie preferences) and she accommodated them all! Her extensive menu was served on a number of cute trays and the guests loved the variety of options. I'm already in the midst of planning another event and you can bet I won't look any further than Danielle's culinary skills. If you're looking for a caterer who is professional, reasonable, and just all out amazing- hire Danielle. Trust me, every dish is executed with such detail that your guests will be beyond impressed!

Amazing! Who knew sparkles could be edible?!?! Chef Danielle cooked for a dinner birthday party I threw for my husband's 37th. It was amazing! She adjusted the menu so vegans, vegetarians, and omnivorous would all have a great plate of food. Cupcakes was served as desert. They were gorgeous and so tasty. Many people wanted two so I am happy she suggested ordering more chuckles than guests. Chef Danielle was so nice to work with. She customized a menu, was prompt with an invoice, let me know due dates, and showed up with all her supplies just as she said. I couldn't have dreamt of a better experience to celebrate. While she cooked I got to socialize with guests and then able to eat a home cooked meal while my toddler was in his PJ's. We will definitely call her again and I have my friends asking for her info for their parties. Thanks Chef Danielle!

    Awesome cupcakes!!!!

What a fun experience!!…read more I've always wanted to make pasta but ok, how though. lol Francesco walked table to table in the cooking class area and showed us how to prepare the dough, put it into the pasta sheeter and prepare each type of pasta we prefer to make. Naturally, I picked the large triangle one (i had too much (not enough?) wine so I can't recall the name) but it has tasty cheese in it so I busted out the lactose pills later. Well, the experience was fun, jokes and shenanigans galore in our party of 5 as we made the dough, cut and shaped it and in my case, filled it. When we were done, Francesco collected what we made, cooked it for us, added our desired sauce and voila! It arrived at our table in our own private room. The picture uploads are kinda out of order. Wine is first, dough in the bowl, dough in a sheet, dough cut and filled and cooked pesto dish. That wine was delicious btw. I wish I got our servers name so I could give her a shout out.

So at 100% my fault I didnt anticipate how bad parking would be so I arrived pretty late. Everyone was already getting their dough ready when I arrived, and after a while the instructor came over to let us know what to do. He asked if we had ever made pasta, my wife said she had tried but not successfully, the instructor asked what happened she said it just didn't turn out right and the instructor kept trying to figure out where it went wrong. The instructor came off very cold, and the questioning felt more like an interrogation than friendly advice, I could see my wife was getting uncomfortable so I interjected that I had never made pasta. Without looking at me he quietly stated to my wife that she would be in charge of the table and he walked off. I really thought this would be a little more fun, and interactive but for the most part we were kind of left on our own and the instructor came by to give instruction very coldly. Once we finished with our pasta the young lady assisting came out and took our pastas to boil and we sat. The pasta was nothing special, didn't really inspire me to want to try and make some at home. Some bites were hard, like it could've stood a few more minutes in the water. Also both of our dishes had pesto stains on them Overall not as fun as it sounded, instructor left a lot of opportunity on the table to make this more fun. He was very cold with his instruction. The young lady assistant was very friendly.

Now all over the airwaves in a Cox Cable commercial, taking over Costco with various book signings, appearing on morning radio shows or doing cooking segments on TV shows-Sam the Cooking Guy is the man! Don't forget his kitschy little cooking show! It's also nice that he is a friendly and unassuming and makes cooking and BBQ-ing look so easy and painless. When you watch his cable channel show, it looks like Sam just opens his frig and throws together whatever is handy. Sam the Cooking Guy DEMYSTIFIES the fine art of cooking.
