One of our pups was uncomfortable with us leaving and I felt so bad for her. Within about 30 mins of us leaving I received a photo of her cuddling up with Laurel on a chair. She was great from then on. Looked like there was lots of play time. They were so content when I returned. We even had issues with our security system which would have rattled me if I was staying in someone else's home, but they handled the situation calmly and responsibly. Stacie found some broken glass in our driveway and had no problem cleaning it up. I highly recommend both Stacie and Laurel and will definitely be calling them again!

She had no problems with our home security system, did a great job caring for and cleaning after our cat and even brought in our mail. We have indoor and outdoor cameras as an additional safety precaution and while we didn't watch it on every visit what we did see and hear made us feel so grateful. She was warm and kind to our cat and clearly took the job seriously. My only regret is that we didn't tip more than we did. I have a dog who just had knee surgery and has special precautions and a bunch of medications, and another who is a front leg amputee. With EACH visit, you get a lengthy, detailed email of how the visit went, how the dogs seemed and what they were doing, a summary of each pill given, and a list of things completed (i.e. closing the blinds for the night, refreshing water, etc.) - PLUS a ton of pictures, some of which are the best pictures anyone has ever taken of my girls! Jodi and Amy love my dogs like their own - and anyone who has a dog will understand how comforting it is to travel and know your animals are well cared-for and that you don't have to worry about a thing.
