Gladys is more of my favorite because She always makes me feel like Coleman is the most important dog there, everyone has given my kid a cut and I'm happy every time. I'm sure she makes everyone feel a special way, but we'll keep this about my fur baby lol. Whenever he comes he doesn't cry or act weird so i know he's in a good place. Whenever i walk in everyone there seems to happy and welcoming, which is also nice. It always smells clean and fresh, you can't even tell any dirty dogs have come in. Lol I'm always happy with the time it takes for them to groom him. Prior to coming here, Coleman's grooms took All Day, this place is normally under 3 hours. This place isn't doggie camp, so you have to pick up when they call, but they are understanding if you turned the day into your grooming day too, you just have to let them know in advance. Annndddd don't take advantage, this place isn't very big so they don't have a lot of space to place fur babies not getting service. I read some reviews about the bandana, They don't always give him a bandana, but i honestly don't need one every time. I like how they give them here and there and it matches the season. Tech gets sick, which happens, and they have to cancel at the last minute. They want to reschedule for a week out. This is an issue. My entire family rearranged their schedule for this appointment. I have tried to text them back and call them. No response. In fact, there is never a response. We've asked for a different tech, from an issue with an previous visit- no response. Who runs a business and doesn't have someone available to answer a phone or return a message? For a company with a fleet of trucks, according to the photo, there should be someone available to return calls. It's been over an hour with no return texts or calls. Your patrons are the ones who keep your business afloat, and while I don't expect immediate access, I do think some consideration should be given to your patron's schedules. Not a good look.
