I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Cherry Hill Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM. As you can see, I gave it five stars. I have purchased and leased numerous vehicles in the past from other dealerships, but attest this was the very best and smoothest process from beginning to end. More specifically, I would like to give high praise to my salesman, Jayson Ferrell. Not only was he extremely genuine, but he was also a true professional. I did not walk into Cherry Hill at 4:30pm on a Friday optimistic about leaving with a new vehicle. You see, I spent two months looking for the newly released 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L - in a specific trim and color. Fortunately for me, Jayson was able to show me the exact 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L that I described. And it just so happened to be the only one available and still wrapped after being delivered just prior to my arrival. While the Jeep was being programed in preparation for my test drive, Jayson and I continued to talk and his knowledge and experience in auto sales was far superior to that of the salesman that I encountered at other local dealerships. His approach was quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. After doing my homework and shopping around, I knew the number that I needed to make things work for me. At no time did I have to go to the mat with Jayson to get to that number. Also, given the current market and the demand for the specific trim and color I wanted, I couldn't have asked for a better overall experience. Not only did I get to leave Cherry Hill with the exact 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L that I wanted, but I also left with my dignity still intact. Thank you, Jayson! recently purchased a 2021 Toyota RAV4 from Cherry Hill Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Ram. My initial experience was positive--my salesperson, Leon, helped me find a vehicle that met all my needs. Unfortunately, everything went downhill shortly after the purchase. Within a week, the check engine light came on. I contacted the dealership and brought the vehicle in for inspection. I was told it was just a code that needed to be cleared and that nothing was actually wrong with the car. However, within 20 minutes of leaving the dealership, the check engine light came back on. I then used the Toyota Connect app, which alerted me again about the issue. I was also contacted by a Toyota dealership and decided to bring the car to Holman Toyota instead. Their team was professional, responsive, and thorough--completely different from my prior experience. After inspecting the vehicle, they determined that the car needed a new catalytic converter, which is a significant repair. What's most frustrating is that Cherry Hill Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Ram took no responsibility for selling a vehicle with this issue. They refused to reimburse diagnostic fees and showed no accountability. When I raised concerns, I was even asked why I didn't bring the car back again after the light returned--despite already having a poor experience and losing trust in their service. It's clear to me that the vehicle was either not properly inspected prior to sale or that the issue was overlooked entirely. Either way, the lack of professionalism and unwillingness to make things right is unacceptable. Thankfully, the vehicle was still under warranty, and Holman Toyota is handling the repair properly. I would strongly caution others against purchasing a vehicle from this dealership based on my experience. Negative Stars. My experience with this dealership's service department has been extremely disappointing. My 2026 Dodge Charger, purchased new and with fewer than 930 miles, was out of service for 16 days. During that time, the service team demonstrated a lack of familiarity with the vehicle, including basic functions such as locating the battery for a jump start or accessing the neutral release. As a result, I incurred a higher towing cost that the dealership refused to reimburse. I was also told I would be responsible for the taxes on a rental car, despite the vehicle failure being through no fault of my own. The Service Manager stated that the dealership does not cover any expenses they believe will not be reimbursed by Stellantis, leaving customers to pursue reimbursement themselves. When the vehicle was finally repaired, the Service Representative, Jay, was dismissive and unprofessional. He handed me the keys without explanation, and when I asked for details about the issue and repair, he told me to "read it in the paperwork." When I expressed concern about the lack of support throughout the process, he responded that repairing the car was "all they were required to do." The sales team at Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM in Cherry Hill can be good; they're affable and helpful, but the service department is a completely different story.. It feels like they often rely on unskilled workers to get the job done instead of real, knowledgeable technicians. The service counter staff seem more interested in getting you in and out the door to get their paycheck at the end of the week than actually addressing your concerns. Overall, if you're buying a car, the sales experience might be okay, but don't expect much from service. In truth, even purchasing a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or RAM, I'd go elsewhere; they cab be equivalent to candy in that they're sugary sweet, but they rot your teeth out and leave you with major (dental) bills. read more

Currently leasing a 2024 jeep wrangler from this company. It was recommended to me by multiple people. Adam did great with the sale but there is a lot of hidden things in the contract that were not made clear to me. I know it's a car sales place so you can't expect too much but the way that they handle issues when they come up is completely unprofessional. I brought it in for an oil change and to check out the check engine light remind you it only has 18,000 miles on it so why is the check engine light even coming on? Brought it in at 9 AM at 9:45. It was still sitting in the parking lot untouched. I didn't hear from them until 1230 that it wasn't going to be ready until the next day and for whatever reason they don't have rental car or loaner programs. You would think with how much I pay a month they would have solutions for situations like this. Getting a hold of the service team is nearly impossible. Every time I call I get transferred and then put on hold and then transferred and then put on hold every person that picks up the phone seems to have no idea what they're doing. i would never recommend this place to buy a car i went there because i got a letter in the mail stating that they would pay off my 20/20 equinox which was loaded had everything in it i had no intentions of getting a new car but i let them get into my head and now i have a 2024 gmc terrain, they said it had auto start, nope auto tail gate,nope mechanic told me it wasn't on the car. it had 4 different tires on it, not 1 was the same. they told me well you drove off the lot like that, weell it was raining & it was dark. never heard of a car dealership sending a car out like that. so in turn i got beat with an average car . i would never recommend this place, when i got my equinox the dealer made sure tires were brand new and car was spotless( peligreeno chevrolet) in turnersville, they were awesome read more

was treated poorly by service writer. was denied veterans discount by service writer. even after he checked my veteran ID. was given a quote for repairs for $1069. i then called lucas ram in lumberton. Was quoted $750 for same repair. I am a below the knee amputee. And partial amputated finger. his treatment obviously had an issue with my disability. No one should suffer from this behavior. 1 star isn't low enough. I own a 2018 Grand Cherokee. Both of my lights went out at the same time, so I brought my car here (my local Jeep dealer) for service at around 8:30 AM. I asked if there were recalls and all sorts of stuff. Hours later I get the text attached ..... that's it. What kind of service is that? What kind of answer was that?! I would NEVER buy a car from this dealership! In January 2023 I went to this dealership to finance a 2020 Jeep Cherokee with 40k miles. I took the Jeep back 4 times between January and April. My check engine light has been on and is still on to date. *January 18th-finance car *February 6th I took the car into dealership bc I was experiencing issues when driving over 55 miles per hour and slightly turning the wheel. I was told they needed to balance the wheels *February 13th took car back to dealership for same issue and was told I had a nail in my tire *March 28th I took the car in for the same issue and now the check engine light was on. Was told check engine code was for active grill shutters but it's a false read because nothing was wrong with the car. I was charged $181.26 for the diagnostic. When I complained I was given a business card with 3 free oil changes. Unprofessional and problematic bc when I took the car to be serviced for the oil change it was not in the system. I had to go home and search for the unprofessional business card that stated 3 free oil changes. *April 19th I took the car in for the same issue and was told left and right hub bearing have noise play and it would cost me $1100 to fix. I ask how a certified preowned vehicle is costing me $1100 after 3 months? I was given NO ANSWER and reminded that it's now over 90 days and they're NOT responsible. HORRIBLE....I believe they knew what the issue was when I purchased the car and deliberately waited until after 90 days because they're no longer responsible. The warranty state the hub bearing are covered yet I would have to pay. A total rip off! I did not pay them. I left frustrated with no results. And the dealership never reached out to me. I have since been back for oil changes and the check engine light remains on. They have not once addressed the check engine light or even spoke of it which seems shady to me. I made the mistake of taking my vehicle to Atlantic Auto Body for repair after a crash. This shop is understaffed, and they do not know anything about customer service. They have no service advisors. When calling, you're lucky to get either the Office Manager Kathleen or the General Manager Bill. There were several times that I called when neither were in, and I would only speak to a mechanic. Repairs were not explained to me, either prior to or upon completion. Getting updates from the shop was very difficult. As stated, there were times when no one there could give an update. I complained to Bill about this, and he asked how often I would like updates. I told him every 2 days. His reply was "I'm not going to do that, I'll call you once a week on Fridays". He has no customer service skills at all, and he is argumentative. He also did not call every Friday. I hope never to have to deal with him again. My vehicle was moved to a different facility for suspension repair, and I was not notified. The entire process was done without notifying me of what was happening. Dealing with the aftermath of a crash is difficult enough without the company that I am paying to help recover from it being so opaque and argumentative. We reached a point where he was ready to stop repairs and have my car towed out, rather than deal with an unhappy customer. I did not disagree, but he had already been paid by my insurance provider, and they would not allow this. Bill called me the Thursday before the week that I picked up the vehicle to let me know that it might be ready by Friday, but that he wanted time to detail it inside and out. I told him we could wait until next week. He did not call on Friday, which he previously had said he would do weekly. No call on Monday. I had to call them on Tuesday to get status, when I learned they had sent the final paperwork to the insurer on Tuesday. When I picked up the car, it was not detailed. In fact, they had left a used Wawa cup in my car. I don't know what gives them the nerve to drink in a customer's vehicle or to treat it like a trash can. When I pointed out to Bill that it was not detailed like he had said, his response was "I don't owe that to you". He has no customer service skills, and on top of that, he is a liar. In business, fulfilling your promises to customers can be a make or break customer satisfaction. Finally, they have the audacity to illegally charge a credit card surcharge - as if body repair is not profitable enough. They do not have the signage at the point-of-entry that the state of New Jersey requires, so this is not legal. I try not to patronize businesses that think this is appropriate, and I did not have that information when I dropped off the vehicle after hours. They have been reported to New Jersey Consumer Affairs for this. I asked one of the mechanics who Bill's boss was. He did not know, but he said they were owned by Cherry Hill Dodge, which is where the vehicle had been taken for suspension work. I called and left a message for their General Manager, but he did not return my call. Between my wife and me, our last 7 vehicles have been Dodge/Jeep/Ram products. We lease, so on average we get a new vehicle every year-and-a-half. Cherry Hill Dodge will definitely not get our business, and we're making sure that the New Jersey Jeep Club is aware of what we've gone through with this shop. read more

Had my vehicle sitting here for 1 year for a transmission replacement, during that 1 year period my windows were left opened the whole time and my vehicle interior is ruined and moldy and they did not do anything other than offer me a detail. They are all liars , cheaters. They run your vin number on your trade in and find out what you owe without your permission . They tell you they are paying 110 for trade ins. After giving my business to Jeep since 2019 I have had nothing but car issues with it. This last month has been a total nightmare. I brought my car in explaining that I had an issue with the electric part of it. My car keeps turning off in the middle of me driving and wheel locks. It then turns back on and acts fine for days even weeks sometimes and then starts shutting off again. Later my car smoked and gave out. I had it towed and brought to this dealership. They then told me whoever changed my oil (not the jeep service department) cracked it and Ive been leaking oil and coolant this entire time without knowing. I was told it would cost a total of 451 to fix the car. I then a get a call two days later that there was a melted piece and now it would cost 1300 to get my car fixed but whatever right? My wife and I only have 1 car to travel with and we both work in the city so we need it and decide to pay the 1300 to get our car back as soon as possible. A week later I go to get my car back and before I can even pull out of the lot, my car begins to shake, the lights flicker and my car turns off completely. Total loss of power. I bring someone out and he promises to figure it out for me. I then reminded him that I told him the electrical issue was happening way before I got my oil changed and that I didn't think they were related. They didn't listen. Now he is apologizing and insisting he will have it figured out by Saturday (the next day). On Saturday I don't hear from anyone at all and when I try to call I'm told that no one is available to speak to me and they are closed on Sundays. Now it's Monday and they reach out to tell me they will have the issue figured out by the same day. I didn't hear from anyone till Wednesday. I was told by a woman on the phone (not even my direct technician) that everything with my car is fine and that they have been driving it for days and nothing is wrong. They can't find anything electrically wrong with it either and told me I can come pick it up. That same night I get a call from the sales floor that they were informed that my car was in the service department and wanted to give me a chance to come in and trade my car in for something else. I say great! And I made an appointment for Saturday. At this point I send my father for me instead of going myself to retrieve my car. He then calls me and tells me that couldn't bring the car out to him because IT WONT START AGAIN after just being told that there's nothing wrong with it. My dad then starts snapping and telling them they are taking advantage of me and that he's going to take them to court for trying to haggle more money out of me and not fixing my car. Suddenly after that threat, the technician sends someone to look at the car again and within 5 minutes they magically find a loose wire that they didn't notice after having my car for almost two weeks straight ! When going in on Saturday for my appointment to trade my car in, they then tell me it has no value and that they can only offer me a used jeep for 890$ a month, after telling them my ONLY conditions were that I didn't want a jeep and I needed it to be 500 or less. I left. I truly believe they were trying to put me into panic about my car not working so that I would agree to any deal and buy a new car with them. Since I left the dealership I have received three calls from them trying to get me to agree to that $890 car note. This was the worst experience ever. Had I not sent my dad in for me, they would have continued to tell me that my car is fine and they can't find anything wrong it And I would've left my car there because it wasn't starting. I 100% feel like they were trying to scare me into a deal and take advantage of my situation. I will never give business to them again. read more

I bought a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee L. The first day I went to sign my paperwork, they told me I couldn't take the truck that day. A mechanic had taken it for a test drive to ensure it was working properly and the tailgate opened while the truck was in motion. They also told me that my battery was dead and it needed to be replaced. A couple days later, I went back to the dealership to sign paperwork and pick up my truck. They pulled it up to the front, I was handed the keys, told congratulations and I was on my way. Except for the fact I was not on my way... because it wouldn't start. I hadn't even left the lot yet. Again, they took it back to service and had to replace the battery yet again. Since then, my truck has been in for service a total of 47 days; I have had so many problems with it I could cry. There have been dozens of times it won't recognize my key fob and my car won't start in my driveway, not with either key fob. It got to the point where I was worried whether my car was going to start the next day. It kept me up at night. My husband and I packed it with luggage in Aug 2021 to get ready for a trip with our kids to Tennessee. We had everything in there; food, bikes, coolers, blankets and pillows, you name it. At 5:30 am, the morning we were leaving, my husband went outside to start up the truck and nothing. It wouldn't start. He tried both key fobs. He gave it about 20 min and tried again. Nothing. So guess what we had to do? Unpack THE ENTIRE TRUCK and move everything into his truck. I called Nouras, let him know what happened and he had a service guy pick it up and work on it at the dealership the week we were away. But that did nothing. As of today, the navigation system flakes out. The system freezes. I have had to restart the entire system over 40 times. I push the button to lower my windows and they go up or pull up on the button to raise my windows and they go down. The memory seats do not remember, ever ever ever. When I unlock the truck with the fob, my driver's seat slides all the way back and reclines all the way down to where the headrest is touching the second row seat. EVERY TIME. It does not matter how many times I've saved my seat position. The lift gate has not closed four different times, whether I use my key fob , the overhead button by the front driver's seat or the button next to the lift gate. I have had to close it manually. The heated seats rarely get hot. The electronics in the truck are an absolute disaster and nobody at Cherry Hill Dodge can figure out how to fix it. They have reordered the radio, parts for the key fob, messed with the window controls and the memory seats and this car is still as big a piece of sh*t as the first day I bought it. The manager called me and asked me to come in. He said he felt horrible they sold us a truck with so many problems and they would figure out how to get me into a new car. But "the best they could do" was to put me in a new Durango (because they knew how much I loved that truck) for another $200 a month. That was the best they could do. If I could afford another $200 a month, I would have gotten another Durango from the beginning! I've taken this trash can of a truck in for repairs April 20, 2022, June 8, 2022, July 26, 2022, September 7, 2022, and September 13, 2022. Finally, they told me they were going to bring a mechanic up from Stellantis (the company that owns Cherry Hill Dodge) to take one last look at this car, talk to him about all of the problems it's had and let him know the car needed to be replaced and they need to make it right with me. That mechanic came up from Virginia or something. They had my car from August 27- September 15, 2022. The mechanics conclusion? All of the problems that this truck has had are common with the Jeep Grand Cherokee L and he was not going to agree to put me in another car. I was so fed up. I told the head manager I was no longer bringing my car back in but filing to lemon law it. One requirement to file for lemon law is to offer the dealership one more final repair attempt, which I did. They had my car from August 16-September 5, 2023. They replaced almost every part I complained about previously. I knew it wasn't going to work because the electronics of the car were the root cause of the problem and rewiring the truck was an impossibility. Of course, when I picked it up Sept 5th, it was like nothing had been done. I'm paying $400/month for a brand new truck that functions like a 1975 Pacer. I never thought I'd buy two cars from the same dealership and be treated a complete 180 degrees from the first time around. What's worse is that I buy my leases out and then sell them later on and I'm guaranteed to lose so much money on it, not including the embarrassingly high down payment I put down. Then the salesman came back and tried to shake me down for $4000 more saying he made a mistake in the truck. We even took the truck for a test drive. Whatever you do stay Far away from this dealership Earlier this week I had the most disturbing experience at the business . I know car dealerships are struggling right now, but aggressive sales tactics, holding potential customers hostage and placing threatening phone calls is not the answer. I went to the dealership on Saturday, September 12 to look at a jeep that was promoted online. My experience from there was not only disturbing, but it was also borderline criminal. Here's what unfolded Of course, the jeep that was promoted online wasn't available for me to view when I arrived, so the salesman pushed two other options on me. Neither of which were nearly as nice as the one promoted. I was then told that the promoted SUV was being used by the manager, so it was off the lot. But they could bring it there shortly. I had to wait over an hour for the manager to bring the jeep to the dealership, so I could test drive it. This seems like an odd practice to let the manager drive around in a car that's being promoted for customers. But I was ultimately able to check it out. I then decided to engage in a discussion regarding cost of the jeep and value of my trade-in. They asked for my keys so they could assess my vehicle. They returned and told me the used SUV would be $600 per month and my jeep was only worth $2,500 in trade-in value. I told them I wasn't interested and asked for my keys back to leave. They refused to give me my keys and started negotiating --- asking me what I wanted the deal to look like. They kept upping the number they'd give me for my jeep and somehow were promising to get the monthly payment for the new jeep down to $400. The math wasn't adding up and the dramatic change in monthly payments made me feel like I was being scammed. So I, again, asked for my keys back. They refused. They then sent out the manager to talk to me. He approached me and said, "Are you Greek?" which he must have discerned from my name. I confirmed and he said, "my apologies" --- clearly mocking my heritage. I wasn't in a laughing mood at this point, especially for such childish, discriminatory jokes. He went on to tell me he was Palestinian, as if that made his joke unoffensive. It's clear these guys don't receive any training on appropriate workplace communication in 2024. I was very tired and frustrated at this point and again asked for my keys, but the manager kept talking and refused to give me my keys. At this point, I was being falsely imprisoned in the office. I had salesmen aggressively coming at me and refusing to allow me to leave. I had to assertively demand my keys more than 10 times and commit to coming back before they would let me leave. Needless to say, I had no intention of returning after this treatment. I said what I had to say to escape. So, when I didn't show up on Friday the dealership started blowing up my cell phone. The manager berated me on the phone telling me that they waited for me and made special accommodations to be there for my return. I stopped picking up their calls at this point, but they kept calling. At one point, my friend saw the volume of calls and grabbed my phone and said you've reached "xxxx pizza place." Just to highlight the absurdity of what was happening. After that, the GM of the dealership called back and angrily placed an order for pizza on my voicemail. He concluded by saying, he was going to send "Vinnie" to pick up the pizzas at [and spelled out my address on the message]. To me, this was a pretty clear threat to say, I have your address and will not leave you alone. I have the voicemail saved for back-up, as this whole experience left me unnerved. I've never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life. But this crossed beyond that. Between the discriminatory jokes, keeping me imprisoned in an office without my keys to leave and placing veiled threats on my voicemail. It's very clear this isn't a regulated car dealership --- it's a criminal enterprise being run by thugs. The Jeep brand should be ashamed and take action to right this wrong. read more

Extremely poor communication and customer service!!! I had spoken to Robert about a truck they had listed online. They had no actual photos of the car, so I requested the sticker and photos of the vehicle. It took him two days to get me the sticker and he said he was unable to provide photos of the vehicle since it was in an auxiliary lot. I called back again that week to get an update, to which he informed me that they didn't actually have the vehicle yet and that it was in transit for delivery in two weeks. I requested lease pricing on that vehicle, to which he said he would get back to me later that day. He never got back to me and I messaged him again asking whether it was still available, to which he also never replied. I called the dealer yesterday to get an update on whether the vehicle was in and they informed me that it was in fact there for. I was unable to make it yesterday to see the vehicle because my work ran late and I messaged the dealer that I would be coming the next day. Fast forward to today when I was coming in, Robert decided to finally contact me to inform me that the truck was sold. FYI, I haven't heard back from Robert since June 8th. Wouldn't recommend anyone purchase a vehicle here. I've had multiple problems with my 18 rubicon since buying it brand new. The latest was the paint bubbling. They keep saying they'll have the service department contact me but that still hasn't happened. Avoid this place and go somewhere with a better reputation. Schedule an appointment to get a tire fixed and told them I had Zurich tire coverage. Went for my appointment today and was told they don't take Zurich anymore. Devon said "it took us a week last time to get the claim approved". Called Mt Ephraim Dodge, they told me to bring it over and they will take care of it. Got my lease here dec 2017. Received an email offering the usual trade in, etc.... Anyway, very interested in the huge deals going on for the 1500, thought they'd treat me well for repeat business. They just lost it. Got me at "....we aren't in the business of losing money." F-U. Didn't even try to sell or anything. Can't even make it to the dealership until Saturday when I'm off of work. Speaking of all the 1* reviews I've been reading , I'll just ad another from my experience today. Went in for an oil change and coolant leak from a hose on my Jeep Compass., after a 170.00 dollar coolant pressure test, the tech found radiator hose leaking( Dah)., I was told that the price to repair and oil change was est.1050.00 Dollars (serious). I was told the hose was 100 plus 3 hr labor ( you got to be kidding 3 hour) . Anyway while I was waiting to get this started , I was there for 4 incoming calls at the service desk about people picking up their cars and most likely asking the cost. Every response to the caller was between 1000.00 to 1500.00 , I'm not sure what they were getting done but nothing was under1000.. I asked 2 certified mechanics when I returned home what they would have charged to fix this , both said 1/2 that price . Then asked if there were any loyalty discounts beings that the car was purchased there, they just laughed and said sorry. oh, and I asked for an oil change and they decided to replace the air filter without asking, for 54.00. , didn't even need one , was replaced by my local mechanic the previous oil change . This situation was corrected by the manager, but was so awful, so absurd that I am writing my first ever Yelp review. We had a flat right rear tire, and Triple A put a spare tire on our RIGHT rear tire for our Jeep. We made an appointment at the Cherry Hill dealership for a new RIGHT REAR tire on Monday 7/12 for Thursday 7/15. At this point, on 7/15, we dropped the car off, and found out that the tire was never ordered. Management told us that WE, the CUSTOMERS, were supposed to call AGAIN and remind them to order it on Tuesday 7/13. This tire did not come in until Tuesday 7/20. Car was not available to be picked up until Thursday 7/22. Two days for a tire change? I think not. When we picked up the car on Thursday 7/22, they changed the LEFT REAR TIRE, and disposed of a PERFECTLY GOOD TIRE. They left the donut on the RIGHT rear tire, and charged us $200 for the pleasure of being without our car for EIGHT DAYS, changing the WRONG TIRE, and disposing of our perfectly good tire. On Friday 7/23, management came to our home, picked up the car, changed the tire, and returned it seven hours later. The situation was corrected, but we are simply floored by the awful customer service, and just total idiocy. How hard it is to change a right rear tire? Apparently extremely difficult at this dealership! Would never re visit. Spare your time and drive to Jenkintown. The extra half hour is worth it. read more

It honestly should be less than 1 star. Like putting your name alone should be like half a star. Took my vehicle for service, especially while it is still under warranty. They kept my car for 7 hours and didn't address any of the problems I told them about. For example, one issue was the rear carpet of my 2021 jeep grand Cherokee was installed incorrectly over the plastic tabs. They called me and said they didn't find any issues and that they "looking into the third row for carpet issues and there isn't a third row." How stupid can they be? A third row doesn't exist for that year and make. It's a no brainer. Stay away. These guys are a joke. The best thing they can do is go out of business or clean full house and retrain all new employees. read more

Shouldn't even post this review because it is my fault. After several bad experiences I was never going to go back here but my Ram 1500 was making a strange noise and wanted to get it looked at quickly and had a recall so figured would go here since it is close to home. Service opens at 7:30 so got there early to drop off my truck. People were inside but didn't open door until 7:40, no big deal. Drop off was smooth otherwise. Around 2pm had not heard back from anyone and they couldn't do service until I approved so I called. Was put on hold, rerouted several times and after 10 minutes I hung up. Tried calling back again at 3pm and same thing happened. Called back at 3:30 and went right to voicemail so then I sent a message to through their website. Finally called me at 3:45 to let me know the issue and then said it wouldn't be ready today. No kidding since they closed at 5:30 and didn't call me for approval until close to 4pm. To top it off when I picked up they tell you at the last minute there is 1.5% credit card fee! That is petty and expected from a small business but not a dealership. Their sales people text numerous times to see if you want to trade in but when you make the appt and drop off no one can tell you about the credit card charge. Seems like a scam to me. Learned my lessen, actually love my 1500 but will never buy another Jeep or Ram because they are the closest dealer and too many headaches. How can they be so bad! read more

The Service Department at this Dealership is TERRIBLE. 1. They never call you to give you an update or let you know when your care is ready for pick-up 2. They never answer the phone or return calls when you leave a message 3. They damaged my car when it went in for repair, chipped the paint on the handle. 4. They botched something as simple as removing the seat cover and replacing it, the new seat cover was put on incorrectly and the technician did not check his work against the other seat which was still as it was from the Factory. It took me pointing out the differences between the seats for him to spot his error (he covered the plastic instead of tucking a part of fabric, so it appeared the seat was ripped/exposed) 5. The seat had to be "repaired" multiple times and it's still not pulled "taught" it's wrinkly in the middle. 6. The headrest was "broken" during the repair of the seat, and no one noticed, I pointed it out after the car was returned to me. 7. The new headrest & cable was ordered, the Service Manager promised he would call me when the part came in, he did not. I had call the parts Dept myself to confirm the part arrived and then reach out to Scheduling to schedule the car to come back in for repair-this too has been a constant experience. Service will order parts and weeks will go by and no one will follow-up to let you know the part has arrived and schedule you to come back in. 8. On this last and final visit, I took my car in for the headrest repair at 8:30am, by 3:30pm no call or update. I started calling service at 3:30pm, no answer, left multiple messages no response. By 5pm when I asked to speak with the Cashier, I was told the Service Dept employees left at 4:30pm. They kept my car, did not call me to let me know it would have to be there overnight. We were advised to call the next morning starting at 7:30am 9. Started calling the next morning at 7:30am, no one was answering the line, not even the Service Manager. Mu husband and I had to physically go to the Dealership for an update. We asked if something was wrong with the Phone lines and the gentleman said "yes were having trouble" meanwhile I could hear the line ringing, but the volume was turned all the way down. As we were speaking to one of the guys in service outcomes our service advisor, initials R.C. We explained to R.C that we never got a call about the car and that we called several times and no one was answering the phones. R.C claimed that he called us around 5:30pm and left a message. When the receipt was given R.C pointed out that he called the "work number" at 5:30pm and admittedly did not call any other numbers listed. He could not have called my work number, at 5:30pm the lines are forwarded for the business and he would have gotten the closed message and again it would have been clear he was calling a BUSINESS and not my cell phone number which was printed right next to the business number. My car was also on another lot. I would never even consider buying a car from this place because their Service Department is so unprofessional and runs like a circus. My car has something called the "Wagoneer Promise" every time my car goes in for service, they are supposed to return it to me detailed. They never do this, they just give me a voucher. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism, the employees are not nice, they are very stoic and all look like they want to go home. They need new leadership and Customer Service Training. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! If I could leave a review of negative 5 stars I would. I took my 2022 ram 3500 dually in for warranty work back in September of 2022, since then it has been an absolute nightmare! My truck has been in and out of the dealer more times than I can even count at this point. They had my truck for a week to do an EGR valve on my truck, after a week I went to pick it up. I got 1 block from the dealership, and heard that the brand new EGR they installed was broken. Obviously by the sound of the screaming egr valve, they never test drove the truck after the installation, otherwise they would have heard it. Upon arriving to pick up my truck, I did a walk around visual inspection as always, except this time what I discovered was my truck had been damaged in some sort of accident while they had it That week. No one told me my truck was in an accident, or hit in the lot or anything at all for that matter. Their plan was to have me pick up the truck and not notice until I left so that they could argue that it wasn't their fault. The service manager Chris actually told me that they would have to do an investigation into it to see if they're at fault. Which is insane to me considering it was in their possession the whole week, who else would be at fault? I had to have a meeting with the general manager Rick piontek after this incident, which got me absolutely nowhere. The general manager is just as rude as anyone you'll meet at this god awful establishment. The damage on my truck from the incident was in December of 2022, it is now currently April 28th 2023 and my truck has yet to be put into a body shop to be repaired and made right again. They put a massive dent and scrape into the passanger quarter panel, a dent below the passanger rear door and a big dent in the rear bumper. I've been treated like a criminal throughout the whole process. Now do to the fact all ram trucks are currently on recall (no surprise there), they are having a hard time trying to get me a rental truck, so that I can have my truck repaired from their negligence. This is only post #1 for a long long list of extremely detailed reviews regarding seperate incidents to follow. Since September of 2022 cherry hill ram has been making my life miserable and I've given them every chance to make things right while I remained civil and quiet. There will be many pictures, videos, etc to follow of multiple encounters at this dealership. I have documented proof of all the lies and deceit that have gone on with every interaction I've had. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!!!! I will attach pictures of the physical damage to my truck now and I will come back later to add all of the other documents regarding other issues later. Had the worst experience ever at this dealership. No customer care or consideration. Scheduled an appointment for service, waited 4 hours for a diagnostic. Was informed about a sensor issue but given an uncertain resolution. Upfront cost was $195, but a 1% credit card fee was added at the register without prior notice. Manager waived the fee after complaining, but the 4-hour wait with an appointment was disappointing. Wouldn't recommend this dealership for service or purchase due to the disgraceful service. read more
