Rolled up cardboard label from lexus placed in opening to support part.

This is a mix review. At the time of my purchase, sales services was great, sales man was polite and professional. Shortly after the purchase of my 2024 TX, I returned to have my car serviced 5 to 6 times due to several manufacturing defects and air bag recall. One specific issue was a defect with the gas tank door mechanism, it doesn't open at 1 press of the button, not even at the 3rd attempt, it takes 4 to 5 times of me pressing the fuel door button before it finally opens. According to service dept staff, they repaired the issue....but the problem persists. I returned the car for a noise coming from the front console. We took the car back 3 times before it was fix correctly. Recently, the tailgate open& close switch popped out without cause. At closer examination, we noticed there was glue and a piece of cardboard holding the switch in place. The switch had previously been a reported issue that was supposedly fixed. My fiancee scheduled an appointment without issue. However, upon arriving for the appointment, he waited for 30 minutes without acknowledgement. He saw the Service Manager walking by and called him over to show him the issue. The Service Manager refused to accept responsibility which my fiance debated but the Manager belittled my fiance and became irate; to the point he threw my fiance out of the dealer, even threatened him. Needless to say things got confrontational with the Manager denying his service techs glued the piece back, the techs even stuck a piece cardboard label into a opening to attempt to keep the part in place. I am beyond disappointed not only at the service manager with his unprofessional interaction but with the lack of integrity of the service techs. The TX is a nice looking car with ample space for a larger family but, the faulty equipment and unprofessionalism by the service team at Lexus of Cherry Hill is extremely disheartening; I'd score them at a 0 star if i could.

Today, I took my fiancee car in for multiple issues we been having with the car since we've driven the car off the lot. One of the issues was the speaker grills on the tailgate never sat flush with the panel. Which they fixed and warrantied. Now, one day we're out shopping and we notice the switch that opens and closes tailgate is coming out. So, we made an appointment to bring it in. I bring the car in today and quickly one of the lot attends put a service tag on but no service adviser comes out to attend me. I wanna say I stood there for literally 30 minutes. I even asked the lot attend what's going on. He replied, I don't know someone is normally out by now. I was really up set at this point. I'm not gonna lie. I finally see the service manager, which I've dealt with multiple times in the past. I never had an issue with this guy until today. Even though I was upset. I showed him the up most respect. I proceed to show him the switch is coming lose. He says to me, oh we'll just push that back into place. I said wait no this is damaged. Which i then proceeded to pull the switch out of where it snaps into. At that moment I realized it was glued into place. I showed him. His reaction was, "we didn't do that" I said how could you say that. You guys were the last one's to work in that area. He said my guy are honest and they would have told if something like that would have happened. My response was we'll I have no reason to glue my own switch back into place. The car is a 2024 with warranty still on it with no modifications. The car is still bone stock since I drove it off the lot. So, I have no reason to spend my own time or money to repair something that's under warranty. It was around that point that he started to get upset. He then proceeded to tell me I needed to, "leave his fucking dealer." I asked for the person above him. His boss which he refused to tell me who that would be. None of the service advisers or managers in service would tell me who I could speak to. So, i proceeded to the Sales manager up front in the showroom. I asked if he could help me with my situation. He replied sure. He was actually nice to me until the service manager came out and started lying about the whole thing. At that point he started to side with him and also told me I could leave. At this point I was upset. I went back to get the phone number to Corporate so that I could file a complaint. On my way out the door I called the service manager an asshole. I left the office. I was in my car ready to leave. The sale manager came out tells me how he's going to tell them I called his service manager an asshole. I'm assuming "them" meant corporate. After this, it became a shouting match. At this point the sale manager threatened my life. Saying do you know who I am. Kinda referring to himself as if he was a mobster or something. I am attaching pictures to show the unprofessional work they did to my car. If you look. One side of the switch is glued. The other side they used what seems to be a spark plug box folded many time behind one of the tabs. Please be careful bringing your car here.

Went to buy a CPO M4 Competition convertible, went through the test drive with…read moreSebastian and asked about the certification process during the drive and was told the car passed without issue and the paperwork was at the dealership. Got to the dealership to be told the vehicle is NOT certified. Meanwhile, a month has passed and the listing still says certified as well as the Carfax. Sounds like fraud but that's to be determined I suppose. I was interested in the vehicle and with OEM warranty still remaining, was OK without the certification. Sebastian brought the Sales Manager Jordan over to work out a deal with me. I said I would still buy the car but for $2,000 less since it wasn't certified. Jordan said they don't discount pre-owned vehicles. I reminded him he was advertising a Certified pre-owned vehicle and had it priced accordingly. Again reminded him it was NOT certified and offered $2,000 less. He said they don't discount pre-owned vehicles but said he'd see if he could get it certified and would call me back the next business day. The next business day passed and I did not hear from anyone. The following day got an email from the GM asking how things were going. Responded and explained what was happening and Richard never responded. Called the next day, left messages for Sebastian, Jordan and Richard and none of them called me back. Finally a fourth person called and said the price is the price. Never heard back from the original three, the dealership has since lowered the price three times and are asking for LESS than I offered when they literally had me in the chair, ready to buy. Meanwhile, it's STILL listed as certified on their website, Cars.com and in the Carfax report. Integrity at its finest. I purchased two vehicles from Holman previously but never again. Ended up buying from another local BMW dealership and got a car one year newer with a $9,000 higher original MSRP and paid less money than Holman wanted for theirs. Buyer beware. If you're not asking good questions, you're likely to get scammed. Avoid Sebastian, Jordan and Richard for sure.

Did not ensure that a rubber mat was in the trunk (as agreed to at signing), and when they called me that the car had arrived, I asked if the mats were inside the vehicle and trunk before driving almost 3-hours to pick the car up and they said "Yes". When I picked up the car, the mat was not in the trunk and the sales person indicated he didn't even remember that I had even requested them (which is funny as there were mats in the car but not the trunk) and the manager initially had been called over to guarantee the deal in the first place. The sales person (who isn't even there any more in sales) said he would have to order a mat through the parts department but gave no time of when it might be in. When I followed up on the phone in November with getting a trunk mat, sales indicated they couldn't get one in for a few weeks or even months. I then called another Mini Cooper dealership and they had one ordered and available in one day as they told me when the cars come into the New Jersey Port that's when the mats are put in the vehicles. 2. I was told by the Finance Department upon signing the paperwork that I had to make a decision before driving off the lot regarding getting an extended warranty through Mini or "The Mechanic". So I paid almost $5,000 on October 31 for the extended warranty. After I got home I made calls to 2 competitor Mini dealerships and discovered that you don't have to purchase the extended warranty before driving off the lot so on November 4 I canceled the policy. However: Finance told me in order to cancel the extended warranty I had to go to their own company owned website, log in a password and enter the VIN (which I did). Noticed on the website that it will take 4-6 weeks to get the refund (as I didn't opt to pay $125.00 to expedite a refund). I was also told by Finance that I could check on the status of the refund, but when I went back onto the website there was no way to get an update or even contact a real person. It's now December 6 and I have yet to receive the refund when all they had to do was credit back my refund to my American Express card that I initially used to pay for the extended warranty rather than make me have to follow-up. Bottom Line: Think twice before purchasing from the Mini of Mount Laurel dealership as they don't deliver on an honest and upfront customer experience which Mini has always been known for. Should you want to avoid all this unnecessary time and drama cleaning up issues that didn't even have to happen in the first place, and want an honest and efficient Mini dealership that treats their customer with respect I can highly recommend Mini of Annapolis as they were the ones to get the trunk mat for me in 1-day. It's time to put the customer first again before profits!

After going to my local auto shop, I decided I better have this looked at by a Mini dealer since it was going to require genuine MINI parts. I really like the setup of this dealership but I find their sales staff to be mediocre. When I was originally shopping for my MINI they tried to pressure sell me a used car with prior accident damage and were less than upfront about it. I do like the inside of this place. It is decorated well and the waiting area is a comfortable place to spend time with lots of free snacks and drinks. As for my service visit, it ended up costing north of $500 to get the taillight assembly replaced (apparently this is a common issue with these cars). Most of this was labor costs and I am sure I could have gotten this done much cheaper elsewhere. Classic "stealership" stuff.. One silver lining was that the service rep, Andy, was super helpful and friendly. Eventhough he did try to sell me $2000 of service that I didn't want or need, he was not pushy and made the experience better than it would have been. Plus one star for him. With that said, I will not come back if I can help it.
