I was 16, helping the techie guy with computer stuff back in the day when only the brainiacs and businessmen were the main users. I was the one going through the Wall Street Journal prices of metal and jewelry index. I don't think this is a normal job for someone my age. I loved the experience. I left the job to attend beauty school at night during my last few months of high school. Looking back, I had a interesting start and it is now a memory frozen in time. I checked in after 4 weeks and he said it wasn't ready. After 8 weeks, still not ready. I realized very quickly that he just had excuses. After 5 months of requesting the results, I got frustrated and asked for my money back. He said it would take 4-8 weeks for my refund. And believe it or not, I waited patiently. Then after 8 weeks, I got frustrated and called yelling. He then said that there were some issues, he was sorry and he needed more time. It's literally been 10 months since I gave this company my money and I have only received $250 back as a refund with promises that he will refund me piece by piece until I receive all of my money. In the past few months, all he paid back was $250. It's crazy. I was scammed and it's sad that I was dumb enough to believe it. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM no matter how convincing it seems. I threatened to call a lawyer and he told me that I would be waiting even more months if I did that. Ridiculous.

If we didn't like it we could bring it back with no questions asked. We took it home. It was as expected; We installed said programs. They did not work. I called Abdul in the morning. I explained to him the situation and he invited us back to the store. I got my money back with no questions asked. He s real quick to listen, offer suggestions and really work with you financially to reasonably get you what you wanted. So they gave me my money once I pointed out the fact that they still had the 2nd receipt. Also they do a 25% restock fee meaning they charge you 25% of whatever you bought to take it back. But they tried to run a scam on me when I said the phone was messed up, they tried to hide that 2nd receipt so that I didnt see it and the never told me about the 7days or the 25%. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!
