Long story short needed a TRS to USBC adapter for my Lark MK2 however it had to output audio from 2 transmitters into stereo. Surprisingly, the 1st party cable couldn't do it and thankfully SP version worked. read more

I ordered 8 units of a product online that was $39.95 each. They shipped me a cheap product directly from Amazon, where the price of the product was less than $9.00. Thought I was buying something of better quality, but it was the exact same made in china cheap product that I just could have bought for 1/4 of the price on Amazon. I've reached out to return and they said the cost difference it was due to shipping costs (Amazon would have shipped free). read more

I just received my new sound system about a week or so ago. Getting used to it and how it works. I have used it once and will again tomorrow. The quality of the audio for my setup is superb. I made a mistake not securely plugging a jack into one of the receivers and I was left without audio for two mics, but that's on me. Make sure everything is connected properly! The only reason I didn't give them a 5 our of 5 is due to a mishap in shipping my device. Look, we are all human. Somehow my mic that I needed ASAP was not shipped Overnight as requested and paid for. However, having said that, Chris really stepped it up in that Sound Professionals shipped my device Overnight Early Air delivery AND paid for it at a cost of $90. It was delivered by 10:04 the next day. They were prompt, kind, responsible. And the device I purchased with Chris's input is fantastic. I am a court reporter and he was very familiar with my needs and requirements, so much so he downloaded the drivers at the time of my purchase phone call so I'd be able to hit-the-road running as soon as it arrived. Kudos to you, Sound Professionals, and in particular Chris and Michelle. I'd highly, highly recommend them and will use them again in a heartbeat. read more

A VERY BAD experience with these guys. Tried to buy headphones from them. Got damaged product twice in a row, had to pay return shipping and when I asked them to just give me back my money so I can go to another retailer - they didn't, issuing a store credit instead. The president of the company, with whom I spoke in the phone, flat out refused to even consider a refund because "if you didn't like our policy you shouldn't have bought from us". The fact that I couldn't even get a working product from them in a first place didn't bother her, nor did my unwillingness to have any business with them. My pleas to make an exception (I think repeated failure to deliver a working product warrants it) didn't sway her. So they just kept my money despite the fact that I don't want to buy anything from them. As the company president said - my credit is there so I can always return and use it in their store. Wow, thanks! Don't worry that you don't have anything I want and I don't want to give you my money. This is literally THE WORST retail experience I had so far. read more

It is hard to describe how The Sound Professional went above and beyond on my order, at least without some detail. That is exactly what they did however. It started with an order on Amazon for a few lapel mics, but I quickly realized the shipping options available wouldn't meet my deadline for getting the gear. After contacting them through Amazon they suggested ordering direct at their site, for better shipping options. I did, and I paid for 3 day shipping. They held the order a day however, and the reason is where the service jumped up again. They tried to order the wireless pack I was using to make sure their wiring was correct. Because of the delay they offered to up my shipping to 2 day, and I was set to go... I thought. UPS decided there was an address issue and returned the item to them, and they showed the driver it was actually correct, but of course now I'd lost another day. They decided to overnight the package to me, and again I was good to go... I thought. The overnight package reported the morning of delivery that UPS had the package at the final airport, but a mechanical issue prevented delivery that day - and I was back at not getting the gear. UPS would be willing to deliver the package to the UPS facility in my city, but not to my residence, so I arranged to pick it up there. Once I had it I explained to UPS that The Sound Professionals, who had done so much to get me the package on time, should not be on the hook for overnight shipping since UPS didn't deliver it as intended, and I was told to have them call for a refund. I hope they got they it too, as this team was just amazing to deal with. read more

Sound Professionals is a very rare business I think that goes above and beyond for their customers - without question. I had a situation happen months ago when I ordered products from them and the contents were STOLEN while being transit in the mail. However, the offender who did this still made sure I still got the box! Imagine that - opening a box full of NOTHING. While i had past issues with mail theft, something like that has never happened to me. I told Sound Professionals and we were able to get this sorted swiftly. The reason four the four stars instead of five? Granted, the service they give is great - no question or dispute from me there. However, I don't know what's going on about their brand of microphones that are being sold. I ordered my first pair of their brand last year after a decision to make a change in direction on how I record. While I think these mics they sell sound nice overall and not so heavy on the bass end like the ones I have been using for years, I have ordered two different types from them so far over the span of months and I think it's possible that there could be a build quality issue on their end. It's also possible that maybe I am just an unlucky customer who just had these unfortunate issues. In this case, I got two different mics at two different times that unfortunately both had issues. In both circumstances, one channel on the mics was much lower than the other one. Also, the mics I ordered just recently has a dead channel now - and that happened after using them only once. I hope I am just an isolated incident because I would hate to think that these guys have a reputation of selling products with problems these days. I also hope what I am saying doesn't make people think twice about Sound Professionals on their products because I do believe they are a very good company that will work hard to satisfy the customer. However, I am right now waiting on getting my mics I sent in back recently for repair and now I am trying to get my new mics sent back to also be replaced/repaired. Since I never used Sound Professional mics until late last year, I am hoping for the best and I am looking forward to do some quality recordings with their products. It's just hard for me right now to understand these issues I've encountered with my all my mics ordered from here. I do want to update my review in the coming months to hopefully say how my mics will be working by then. read more
