However I will say, the manager of the night was Joyce & our group was feeling a bit uncomfortable with her micromanaging our server and pressuring her into taking our order quicker. Karen, our server, was very professional despite the manager behaving hostile. We will be returning but we did not appreciate the manager behaving in that way!!!

We politely told him we had already paid for two games and that he could play after we finished. His response was that he works there and "it doesn't work like that." The balls are all trainer balls and the tables are kept in decent condition. There is plenty of seating within the venue. The hourly rates are a bit higher than what we normally pay at $15/ hour for the gray tables and $17/ hour for the blue. There was a rowdy bunch of guys next to us yelling the whole time, but once they left, we had a decent experience. Overall the crowd seemed chill and everyone shot pretty well. They also offer gloves and higher end house cues to use.

She was apologetic at first and admitted that it was her oversight of not checking the ID prior to giving it to the wrong person. She promised to drive to the person's house after her work and will contact us after. Of course, no call was made until today. Teron claims the guy finally dropped it off and placed a call to my son. Now, this is soooo wrong when she now is asking for us to pick it up. Why in the hell would we need to do so when she made the mistake and customer is always right. She was extremely rude on the phone and almost so proud of her power tripping behavior. I asked her nicely to drop it to my son's work which is in La Palma. She yelled and said, you pick it up. Can't you believe this?!!! How can the owner keep a manager who is not trustworthy, rude and a liar? She appeared to be on an illegal substance from the way she was slurring while explaining things to us in person last Sunday and remains to not have a sound behavior. How is this tolerated? Isn't there supposed to be excellent customer service expected? If you are the owner, please contact me asap so this will not transpire to other customers.
