Suddenly, on December 5, they emailed demanding the loaner back immediately and threatened a police report for "failure to return a rental vehicle." I called their rep (Alfonso), who said he would extend the loaner--he never followed up. That evening, the loaner was remotely disabled (Valet Mode) while I was driving, stranding me overnight in 20°F snowy/rainy weather on a busy DC street. I had to pay for towing myself to avoid freezing. The next morning (December 6), they called police (Rockville and Prince George's County), claiming I failed to return the rental. They also told officers my Florida license was "fake" or fraudulent. Police cleared me immediately. I repeatedly explained my disabilities (immune-compromised, OCD, ADHD, anxiety) and asked for accommodations to get my medication and belongings from the loaner (less than ¼ mile away at a friend's house). They refused and left me stranded without transportation or meds ever since. Now they demand over $14,000 in storage/rental fees--almost as much as the repair estimate--yet no work was ever done on my car. I have video, emails, bills, and records. This was unsafe, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Avoid if you value safety and clear communication.

Very thorough, and while their price is high it's in line with the area. The issue I had was with their tint jobs. I've had 5 vehicles tinted at Capitol Shine, and while the first 4 were absolutely flawless, the 5th one had to be redone *three* separate times for major issues -- I'm not talking about a little speck of dust here or there, but major contamination. The final time they tinted the last vehicle, they ended up damaging the leather in the car by letting the tinting spray sit on the leather under the window for too long. To their credit, they apologized and refunded me for the tint job -- but I still had to go and have the leather replaced, which was a major pain in the ass. So, if you're looking for detailing - A+ work. If you're looking for tinting, be careful.

Jordan was phenomenal. I had a sticky situation come up with a US Marshall eviction. I live in another city and needed someone very reliable as I could not be on site. A locksmith was required on site or the US Marshalls would reschedule the eviction. Jordan came early, was able to open the locks to the doors so I saved hundreds in door damage because there was no forced entry by the Marshalls. His price was also very fair--one of the lowest quotes I received--while the quality of his work was superior. I would absolutely recommend him!

Helped when needed and came very fast!! as a deaf person, they accommodated me well by typing…read moreeverything for me! it was good. the only thing is: know that your final price will be whatever they charge you to open the door PLUS the $45 fee. i paid $174 to open a door for me. the price estimate was "around $100" i thought it would've been $120/130 but $174 is closer to $200 and i wish that was more clear but other than that it was great!
