I was walking down Broadway and stopped to look at the listings on the window of the real estate office. I walked in and was promptly greeted by Joan Monroe. She was extremley friendly and very helpful. She quickly offered to add me to her email list, so I could get new and current listings in the area and so she could keep in contact with me. I found a couple of listings of intrest and she quickly offered to take me out and show them to me. Although I wound up not getting the job (and not moving to the area), she was by far the best Realtor I have ever met! Two thumbs up!

There was a bloody bandage on the comforter, stains all over the sheets, and some sort of bodily gunk, possibly boogers? That was our best guess. On top of finding all of those goodies, there were never clear instructions provided for the gate. The fact there was a gate is mentioned, but the physical place of the gate opener was never stated. Since that was the case, we had issues getting into the property. We tried contacting the management company multiple ways - phone calls and email messages across multiple days with no response until we contacted VRBO. It's also falsely advertised as 35 minutes from Asheville, expect a 45 minute drive. Not only was the cleanliness questionable, but the management was horrific. If I could give negative stars I would.
