They are extremely rude. They will treat you anyway they want, they are extremely unprofessional. I will never go back there again. I spent $800 there was treated like garbage.when I went to pick up my glasses,They didn't even fit them for me. they just handed them to me. They lack professionalism and customer service. there are five people in the office and nobody answers the phone. You leave a voicemail. No return call. Awful customer service. No one helped me pick out frames even when I asked. I received my glasses and they were so tight I could not wear them. When I went in to ask for an adjustment or help they were horrible. One woman removed her mask and told me she tried to tell me to pick out something else when I had been there but wasn't even the person who was in when I had my appointment. She then told me she could do nothing for me and called me a little witch when I told them they needed to do better for customer service.I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. My family has been going there for 6 years. We had to stop going there because of the very bad front desk lady, very sad because Dr. Cheslock is amazing, maybe he should think about who's running the front desk. Afterall it's the face of his business. It's not nice that the costumer can hear the front desk lady talk poorly about the customers that are in the waiting room and who choose them for their optometry needs. read more

If I could give them negative stars I would. Worst treatment I've ever had, they didn't even help me when I was choosing frames (although they helped the customer that came in right behind me who was white). Then they f*** up my glasses and blame it on me and even bill my insurance extra. They "repair them" again and now they are chipped and scratched when I get them. I ask if I can return them and get new glasses, they tell me my insurance won't cover it ( i called my insurance and they said no problem). I call to tell them this and the rude older woman that answers tells me that they won't accept a return because they had already lost money repairing my glasses (not my fault) She then goes on "you get the glasses you get and thank you for making my job more difficult". It's been over two months and I still don't have glasses. Stay away unless you want to be overcharged, blamed for any mistakes they make, and treated like they are doing you a favor while insulting you. read more

I just was hung up on from a person at Cheslock! I called on a bill that was sent to me. It was for a blue computer tint add on. I was not interested in the add on but when the person helping me said it will be covered by your insurance at no charge I agreed to have it done. I called to explain that the case and then female that answered the call in billing was rude. She then degraded me like I could not afford the cost because I came in on their so called Indian day to have my eyes checked. Just before hanging up on me; she retorted go find yourself another eye doctor forget about the payment. I had not problem with the appointment and eye doctor or front desk manager. All were smiles and helpful. Billing lady I have to thank you and I will go find another eye doctor that does not degrade me for my Heritage or following what I was being told by the front desk person. read more
