The only thing is that the chicken was a little soggy because it was hot when they put it in the box, so I would recommended they air out the chicken with some ventilation in the box. The prices are great and the quality of the food is great as well. Definitely recommend. The wait can be a bit long because the food is fresh, but it was under 10 minutes, and it seems you can fix that problem by ordering online. This is the chicken spot's second location, with their first one in Visalia. Hope they do well!

Approximately 20 minutes later, we returned and observed multiple people waiting. After waiting with them again, we asked for an updated estimate and were told it would be another 10-15 minutes and that we would receive a phone call when the order was ready. We returned to our apartment and waited an additional 40 minutes without receiving a call, at which point we came back to the truck. When we returned, we waited alongside the person who was initially ahead of us in line and the person behind us. We were then informed that the ticket for the customer in front of us had been lost, and that her food had been ready for some time but there was no way to contact her. By this point, more than an hour and a half had passed since we ordered, so I requested a refund. We were told that part of our order had already been prepared and that the wings were still in progress, so we would only receive a partial refund for the wings. Because the food was not prepared at the same time, the potatoes and chicken wrap were cold upon receipt. The potatoes required additional seasoning, and the lettuce in the chicken wrap was wilted and appeared old (see attached photo).
