The tenders were fresh and made to order, and I really appreciate how clear and accurate their spice levels are. I'm a big spice girl, so I went straight for Bonfire to test the waters, legit heat, very spicy, but still flavorful. For the second tender, I stepped down to Spark, and it was still plenty spicy. The potato wedges were cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside and fully cooked inside (nothing worse than an undercooked potato!). The toast was a nice addition and rounded out the meal well. She honestly saved my dish in my opinion, with her recommendation to add coleslaw! I got the SPARK-level buffalo chicken Mac and cheese with wedges. Other places give you this limpy, skinny piece of toast but here they give you a Texas toast (thicker slice)--oddly, I really enjoyed the toast. It was good. The food and service are what are great about this place. The mild glow spice is great and their tenders are a hearty size.... I just think the portion sizes on the tacos are hit or miss. They look huge in these photos here, but the $6 Nashville shrimp taco is small and slight larger than a frozen taquito. The flavor was awesome... just small.
