A C Deli, one of Fresno's top-rated family-owned quick-service restaurants, has been serving the community for 20 years, including the last six years at its current location. The restaurant is a popular destination for Lao comfort food staples such as laap salad (available with pork or chicken), egg rolls, papaya salad, khao poon, khao piak, Lao sausage, and their signature fried chicken with sticky rice plate. There is also the convenience of freshly prepared and packaged meals to go, with all orders placed, picked up, and paid for at the counter. The Spring Rolls, filled with shrimp and BBQ pork, were a bit bland and lacked a true wow factor. The filling could have benefited from more aromatic depth with fresh basil or mint instead of primarily shredded lettuce. The peanut dipping sauce was also too watered down and missing the rich, nutty flavor typically expected. The Pork Laap, on the other hand, was excellent. Fresh cilantro and chopped green onions were tossed in just before serving, adding bright, herbaceous notes that balanced the richness of the pork. The ground pork itself was incredibly tender with a flavorful balance of fresh herbs, zesty citrus, and savory umami depth. It was accompanied by a generous wedge of lime to squeeze over the meat, adding even more brightness. The Lao Sausage was another standout. This aromatic, herbaceous pork sausage featured a snappy, blistered exterior with a juicy, textured interior. The rich, fatty pork was balanced beautifully by fragrant traditional aromatics such as lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, cilantro, and green onions, all of which exploded with flavor. The Mango with Sticky Rice perfectly showcased the harmony of its three essential components: perfectly ripe sweet mango, warm chewy sticky rice with a subtle salty-sweet balance, and a rich, velvety coconut cream drizzle. I also loved the Cassava dessert, and I imagine any of the Chè (traditional Vietnamese sweet soups) available in the refrigerated section would be excellent choices as well. Whether prepared with chilled coconut milk, warm coconut-banana pudding, or lightly sweetened syrup with water chestnuts, boba, or jellies, they all looked incredibly appealing. A C Deli remains a popular choice for fast, flavorful Southeast Asian comfort food. The dishes are inexpensive, freshly prepared, and packed with authentic flavor.

This statement is accurate. Best chicken and sticky rice.

This is one of my go to place. Delicious food that is always on point. Price point makes this place one of the most budget friendly places in the area. My go to orders are the fried chicken and eggs rolls. The fried rice with the sweet sausage is really good or the noodles are equally as good. The chili paste that comes with your chicken is homemade and so delicious and spicy. I come with my colleagues and/or family. We all can't get enough of this place. Put this on the list if you haven't been there.

This is definitely a good place to have affordable and quick Laos food. We got the chicken and Lao sausage with sticky rice and a side of egg rolls (pack of 4). They instantly give you food right at the counter. The restaurant is a little small but they have plenty of seating. It's a definitely a family friendly place. They even were playing tv shows like Pokémon and avatar lol. I wanna try their other dishes from this place.

Love this local gem. I come here for a quick lunch or whenever I'm having a craving. This time I snagged some shrimp spring rolls and mango sticky rice. The spring rolls were yummy but the peanut sauce was super watery. Mango sticky rice hit per usual. Come here for some quick and yummy Lao food. There's seating indoor and out. Service was quick and staff was nice. There's a mini snack corner with some refrigerated drink and other food items as well.

The KAO PIAK was okay, the portion was small and it just taste like water. The chilly oil help the flavor alittle. The pork spring roll didn't look fresh, the meat was lowkey sour. Overall it was not a good experience. Customer service was not good also, the people in there don't smile. Plus we order at the machine they had and they didn't even call out our order when is done. We have to go up there and asked if it was ready and it was..

This is a great place to get some to go food . They have a kiosk that you can order from or you can also order at the register . They have a nice selection of drinks / sauce / chips to choose from as well . I got the papaya salad extra spicy and the chicken and sticky rice combo . The papaya salad was so yummy and has a great level of spice . I really enjoyed the fried chicken and sticky rice too !! The khao poon looked super good so I'll definitely have to get that next time I come .

My favorite spot for chicken and sticky rice! I finally was able to snag a mango sticky rice and it was sooooo good! It did not disappoint!! They're always so efficient and quick, one of those places that I can pick up from quickly after a long days work. You guys are doing awesome and thank you so much for all of your delicious food!!

We came here on a weekday in the early afternoon and there was already a bunch of customers. We ordered a sausage with chicken and banana rice leaves. Both were pretty good. My partner said the sausage was very good and freshly made. The banana rice leaves were very good and still warm. It's unfortunate that they don't have those dishes not wrapped in plastic since even if you eat there it's wrapped, so there's a lot of plastic waste here. Also, their boba can't be adjusted for sweetness, which is unfortunate. Staff member said the drinks are premade.

My whole family loves this place! We enjoy the different dishes they offer. My personal favorite is their kao poon but every single dish is worth a try at least once.

Restaurant is decently clean and has a good amount of tables to sit. Service is usually super fast and staff is nice. Food is usually good as well. This time I got the chicken and sticky rice which is one of their staple dishes. My song loves their Mango and sticky rice. Had their Khao Poon is always good and flavor is consistent. Tried something different and got their pork laab and it was not it. Definitely a skip for next time. It has no flavor, portion was small and it was cold and you can see the cold oil on the pork which was a huge no no. Might just stick to my normal as they never disappoint.

The food here is delicious. The chicken and sticky rice were perfect. The tea was brewed fresh and was warm. You can tell that they pay attention to the small details which makes the food stand out.

    Clean your shrimp better.

Disappointed and disgusted . Not that hard to clean shrimp. Do better please .........................

Great for fast grab and go Lao food ! Casual with plenty of seating. I went for the kaopoon today which is a Lao curry noodle dish and it taste exactly like my mom would make. Pictured however I ate 50% of it before I snapped a pic. Came with tons of veggies and noodles. There are always lines (which shows just how good they are) however it moves really fast so it's never an issue. I ordered 1 kaopoon, egg rolls and got an Alani energy drink for under $20. Fast, affordable and delicious
