The menu is simple but perfect: three burgers, chili, crispy waffle fries, shakes, and soft serve. You really don't need more than that when everything on it is this good. I always go for the Super Better Burger (that chili overflowing out the sides is everything) and the OG Better Burger. I've never bothered with the little one; go big or go home!! One thing that's been consistent at every location is how hot those burgers come out. Like, seriously piping hot. You're supposed to wait a few minutes before diving in, but I never do. I always burn my tongue a little and have zero regrets. The waffle fries are golden and crispy every time, and I always get them with the special sauce. I've also tried their soft serve and it's so good!!!! Especially when you pick waffle fries as your topping. It sounds wild, but trust me, that salty-sweet combo hits perfectly. The Jersey City location is inside a food hall, so it doesn't get quite the same attention as their NYC spot, which is basically a tiny, eye-catching shack (NYC energy at its best). But both are total gems. The quality is always on point, and everything tastes freshly made. If you want a completely vegan burger and fries from a totally vegan spot, Jerrell's is the one. I've tried plenty of vegan options at other burger places, but Jerrell's stands out because they're 100% plant-based and absolutely nail it. I ordered a 6 piece wing, which was about $14.50 for 6 wings that were dry, flavorless, and not much bigger than a quarter, as seen in the picture posted. They charge for blue cheese as a tiny side, for 1, not an extra sauce. I also ordered a chocolate chip cookie for $3.50. I would have rathered a bag of soft chew chipahoy. The staff is difficult to understand on the phone, so you are better off ordering online. The owners lack passion in their food that they offer, and it shows. Big pass for me in the future.

After I finished wiping all the buffalo sauce off the tray, I bite into the chicken and it's pink. So I then bring it back and ask for a refund. The lady tells me that it's nothing wrong with the food and then told me since it was with a card I had to wait 24-48 hours, something I never heard before.
