We were notified that delivery would be between 6:03 and 6:17. I called the store at 6:32 when not delivery occurred. I was told the driver left 15 minutes prior. It took another 8 minutes to finally arrive. Our house is 5 minutes from the store, yet it took over 25 minutes to get here. The wings and pizza were ice cold. The driver tried to give various 'excuses', none of which were legitimate. She ever parked half a block down the street. I explained she could have parked across the street. She said that businesses don't like if they park there. The parking across the street is in front of homes, not a business. We will continue to order the food but will pick it up. This service is literally the worst we have ever experienced.

We ordered the Wild West Shrimp as an appetizer, and it arrived about 12 minutes later. As always, it was flavorful, fresh, and had just the right amount of heat. Once we had nearly finished the appetizer, our server came back to take our entrée order, which felt well-timed. As a steak lover, I ordered the Outlaw Ribeye cooked medium rare. Our entrées arrived at 8:25 p.m., another longer-than-expected wait considering the light crowd. On a Tuesday after Labor Day, I anticipated quicker service. The steak itself did not disappoint. It was cooked perfectly to a medium rare with a nice warm red center and was seasoned very well. The quality and flavor were excellent.
