I didn't catch her name, but she was dressed in a police costume with pink hair. Her behavior toward our group was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. Our group had two tables reserved and several drink buckets placed across them. Without any explanation, the bartender abruptly approached, physically moved my friend out of the way, and began transferring all of our items onto a single table in a very aggressive manner. When we asked why, she stated that one of our tables was reserved for someone else. We showed her the handwritten name cards confirming that both tables were reserved for us. She walked away without an apology or any effort to correct the situation. Later in the night, I noticed her using our reserved tables to cut pizzas for other patrons, something I've never seen in any professional setting. The lack of courtesy and respect was disappointing. While the atmosphere and guests were enjoyable, this staff member's conduct completely overshadowed the experience. I also overheard other patrons voicing similar complaints about her attitude.
