They are NOT 24 HRS!!! Do not come after midnight. Worked will wave you off and tell you they are not open even though I've come before and been let in at 3am. Since then I have come multiple times between midnight and 5am and have been waved off and told they're closed. The guy that works overnight is terrible. He will lock the doors and sit down in a chair hiding behind the wall of cigarettes or he will go hide in the cooler in the back. They have a cooler door that they leave cracked open all day and will go in and out of it as if there is some type of illegal game room or something else going on back there that probably has something to do with the ridiculous amount of homeless people they have outside who smoke drugs in the middle of the car wash throughout the night. Honestly, I'm surprised that some homeless person hasn't been hit or killed while sleeping in that car wash in the middle of the night and someone going through it the morning after without realizing there's someone in there. They need to train their new staff to not be so rude when we ask for a copy of our receipts. The workers should know that which receipts we want and of course it's the most recent receipts, managers need to train them more. This place just ripped me off for propane. I had an empty 3 gallon tank and the guy could only fill to it to 1gallon. They then charged me 3 gallon minimum fee. I complained and even pointed out that my other 3 gallon tank weighed way more. They did nothing and assured me they were both full. Watch out for this gas station. They have a cheaper price posted on the front corner but when you pull in you see 2 different prices. One with purchasing a car wash and one without. This is a joke! Tony and Harry work here and treated me like shit today. I bought an energy drink marked at 2/4$. When I was rung up it came out to 2/5$. They told me I was wrong and then went and ripped the sale sign off. This is ILLEGAL. Then they told me I can take the price they are giving me or get out and don't come back. These guys run a scam. Got around $24 worth of fuel (did not print out a receipt regrettably) and was charged $100 flat. When I disputed the charge with my credit card company the Chevron station miraculously generated a receipt showing I had gotten 26 gallons of fuel even though my tank holds 12 and surprise surprise, they registered the payment at 11:54 am the day after I got my fuel. Was at Burger King and they told me the restroom was in the gas station portion. So i went over to find it was locked. Since i was in dire need i asked the cashier to please unlock the bathrooms across the store. A little guy, dressed in black ,yelled at me that i needed to come over and ask nicely for them to open it. He wanted me to come over directly in front of them and ask politely for them to open it. I went over and stood a little off to the side and asked.. "No!"he yells and points directly in front of the cashier. He reset his order, almost snarling at me My needs for the bathroom passed and now I was ticked off. I told him to stick the plunger and bathroom up his rear! That is not the way you treat customers. This place is close to my house and not much more expensive than the nondescript place across the street and it has better quality fuel. Not to mention it has a Burger King. I have never experienced any problems there with the exception of 2 things: 1) all the illegals looking for under the table work. 2) All the graffiti that has accumulated on the property. Yesterday I brought my propane tank to be refilled and u was told by a nice older lady that it was past 8pm so I couldn't get it refilled until the next day as the propane closes after 8pm. So today right now I walk inside and ask to refill my tank and the guy working says it closes at 7. I told him I was told it closes at 8 and he got really rude and said this ain't summer time cause summer it closes at 8pm. I let him know I have kids that I'm just trying to keep warm and I would have been here before 7 if I had been told 7 by the employee the night before. The guy working tonite would hear non of it and started getting angry. I remember the days when the customer was treated with respect and was always right this guy wanted me out of the store and was ready to argue with me to be right. I'm outside the store in my truck writing this watching the guy in the store sit there doing nothing with no customers. I'm not sure if my experience really matters to anyone or if anyone really cares but I'm not sure if this guy is the right guy to greet people at a store where customer service should be a face that welcomes a paying customer not make them feel like I do. I just encountered the worst customer service a person could ever imagine. Not only was my money stolen from me by this retail clerk (LAURA) but she threatened my person with bodily injury. As i prepaid at the pump, while exiting the store I see a car pull up to the pump. My thought was, "What are the odds of that?" I then get in my car and pull to the pump, while simultaneously the other car drives away. I had no idea they were stealing my gas. Frustrated because I could not get the pump to work (i had inadvertently hit the diesel fuel button in my attempt to get the pump to work) i put the nozzle down and approached the store to ask for assistance. LAURA flies out of the store asking me why i 'let' them steal the gas, further stating she would not reimburse me. She screamed profanities, threatened my person if i didn't leave the premises immediately. She was adamant in denying me either a call to the manager or supplying me the number to the stations direct telephone line. She taunted me in screaming, "You wont get your money back, I've known Tony (im assuming this to be the owner) and he wont listen to you. I don't believe such conduct from persons dealing with the public should be tolerated. Isn't it, after all, her job to police the gas pumps? How could I possibly have been in the wrong? She should not have turned on the pump until i was in position!. I can only hope her Manager has more sense and exercises better self control in dealing with this matter than this obviously incompetent, insensitive, and impulsive employee, LAURA!!! My next step is a police report of "threat of bodily injury and/or theft of a persons property." No unsuspecting consumer should be treated like a criminal when the issue at hand is: As a paid employee, LAURA, has the responsibility of treating me fairly and ensuring that as a consumer, my money is respected and appreciated. read more

The GM needs to Review the type of greetings he enforces with his employees. I dont welcome being greeted with "hi babe, hi sweetheart or hi honey" (a friendly hello is perfect ) I'm also confused at some employees who seem to only "front" a friendly face but at checkout are truly very stand offish. I believe and see the customer service is outstanding. Their prices are lower then some Chevron's. But it's still the Chevron price and they are a franchise. They are forced to buy the fuel for Chevron. Chevron is a higher-quality fuel in my opinion. So it is a higher dollar fuel. In the long run, the guys here are great. They are helpful, polite and outgoing. They have no price difference between cash and credit. The price difference is between car wash and no car wash. I myself always look at the higher price and prepare for the higher price. When there is a cash and credit price difference, it is because the company is charged to take your credit card.
